A spacious apartment with a great location!

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was also excellent, with a supermarket right across the street. There was also a bus stop directly in front of the building, providing quick access to both villages in just a few minutes.

The automatic underfloor heating in the living room and bathrooms was set way too high and thus the temperature in the apartment was uncomfortable in the beginning. It took a couple of days to get it turned off after we asked. Otherwise, this would have been a perfect 10/10 stay! :)

Our apartment was more out-of-date than what we expected based on photos. You need bus or taxi to get around conveniently. One of the bathrooms was dirty when arriving and also one of the pillow cases. Too early check out without possibility for locked baggage storage. No forks in the appartment.

No frills but nice for the price

The place is easily accessible and you can see that it was recently renovated. I would say that the appartment has everything you need but it also doesnt exceed expectations. One thing that was exceptional was the infinity pool and the pool area. The Sauna was also very nice.

Since its an appartment without a host on-site, you miss the direct contact to your hosts. This resulted in: - we arrived a bit too early and didnt find anyone whom we could ask if we could put our stuff in the ski-depot, since it was open we did so only for someone to promtly arrive and send us out again. - in the evenings a random guy arrives and closes off the wellness facilities, probably a 3rd party service provider, you can see he doesnt care much about the guests' well-being, he just comes at 19:45 (sauna supposed to be open till 20:00), turns off the sauna and closes the pool even though we hadnt finished our wellness - when you want extra towels you need to whatsapp and then remind someone to come by and bring them, which resulted in the wrong towels being brought first... All in all not terrible but also not the most relaxing guest experience ever.

Fun weeks skiing with adult family group

We had 3 properly separate double rooms each with a shower room. All the benefit of a hotel room but with shared kitchen/seating area. Wellness area very attractive and popular in our party. Very convenient for bus stop and excellent supermarket. The owner changed the towels midweek and was helpful when required. Well equipped property.

Our apartment was a little sparsely furnished and the seating area small for 6 adults, but I think the property is undergoing gradual refurbishment so this may change. Couple more comfy chairs would be good, but it was exactly as we expected it to be.

The property is a great vacation place, the company running the place is rude.

The house is very comfortable and clean. The location is great, with easy access to market, bus stop and main road. The care taker (Irmi) of the property is extremely friendly and helpful and goes out of her to make guests comforatable.

There was absolutely no wifi on the property and when we asked the owner of Holiday Flats for an explanation he rudely told us there is NO WIFI (which is contrary to the contract). In addition the owner of Holiday Flats was extremely rude and insensitive to all our family and guests and left a very uncomfortable feeling.

Very clean, size of the flat is very good

Very difficult communication with the owner (German only spoken). Luckily people from the agency were well responsive. Internet didn't work at all during our whole stay. We received the apartment with a poor view (even though it was marketed as with a view on the mountain 🤔). So, quite misleading

Very poor

Appartment with 3 rooms at the ground floor is without a balcony and almost without a view. Badly situated. For several days there were guests playing very loud music (at 02.00 hours!) and owner refused to do anything about it.

Geweldige locatie, prachtige appartementen, heerlijk (warm) zwembad en wellness. Super!

Het appartement is prachtig, twee badkamers, twee slaapkamers en een keuken/woonkamer. Enige wat misschien miste is een "echte" bank om op te relaxen, maar er was een keukenbankje en twee heerlijke bedden. De wellness is geweldig, heel mooi. Een sauna van 90 graden en een sauna van 60 graden. Gevraagd om schone handdoeken en extra glazen, werd direct opgepakt (we hadden maar 3 longdrinkglazen). Vaatwasser aanwezig. Heerlijk warm zwembad in de winter. Super leuk je kan gewoon buiten zwemmen. Eerdere recensies schreven dat het koud zou zijn, maar dit was dus niet onze ervaring. Perfecte locatie tussen Saalbach en Hinterglemm. Skibus en supermarkt direct tegenover het complex. Er is een poolhouse, voor als je bijv. met meerdere vrienden/gezinnen bent. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad. Geen direct contact, maar altijd vriendelijk, netjes en meedenkend over de mail. Ik zou hier zo weer heen gaan. Kinderbedje voor onze baby, let op wel zelf een hoeslaken meenemen en een slaapzak. Er is wel beddengoed aanwezig, maar hier moet je dan zelf ook overtrekjes voor meenemen.

Prullenbakjes in de badkamer, de slaapkamers waren soms wat warm (kachel ging automatisch aan, we deden de deur open). Kleine details. Eerst weinig glazen, maar werd opgepakt dus prima.

Prima verblijf, leuke locatie en fijne wellness ruimte.

Prachtig sauna complex, fijn appartement met een eigen badkamer per kamer, skibus voor de deur, rustig. Prima bedden en genoeg ruimte om alle spullen kwijt te kunnen.

Het was duidelijk een van de oudere appartementen. In de koelkast zaten veel ouderdomsvlekken, wel schoon maar zag er niet zo fris uit. De douches waren niet zo constant qua water en in 1 van de badkamers lekte de douche. De ski opslag ruimte was verwarmd, maar geen extra warme lucht in skischoenen. In de sauna renden kleine kinderen rond op meerdere dagen, dat was onrustig.

Gute Wohnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im guten Gesamtkonzept. Manche Sachen noch ausbaufähig.

Lage gut. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Gesamtkonzept mit Pool, Bikeraum, Wellnessbereich. Einrichtung modern und chic. Große Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Alles sauber und recht neu.

Abreise muss bis 9:30Uhr erfolgen. Das ist ungewöhnlich früh. Die Wohnung war im Keller, teils. souterrain (ein Zimmer und ein Bad nur mit Lichtschacht), mit verminderter Deckenhöhe - das war aus Bildern und Text nicht zu erkennen. Outdoorküche / Grillplatz wird beworben, Nutzung soll dann 39,- kosten. Wellnessbereich sehr nett eingerichtet, aber es fehlt leider noch an den praktischen Kleinigkeiten wie bspw. Haken um Handtücher o.ä. aufzuhängen. Auch wäre es gut Saunatücher im Bereich anzubieten.

Fantastisch verblijf met zwembad

Het zwembad is een groot pluspunt. Hoe zalig is het om te kunnen zwemmen op het dak 😆 Het appartement heeft alle luxe dat je nodig hebt. De omgeving biedt tal van uitdagingen en mooie wandelingen. De summer card is absoluut een grote meerwaarde!

Perfekt -bis auf die Staubsauger-

Toller Außenbereich mit top gepflegtem Pool und Aufenthaltsraum. Moderne Ausstattung in der Wohnung. Die Sauna ist auch im Sommer für Gäste zugänglich und der Ruhebereich ist super ausgestattet.

Die Staubsauger auf dem Flur sind verkeimt und teildefekt. Das Saugrohr rutscht von allein zusammen und der Geruch, der beim Saugen aufsteigt, ist ekelerregend. Das passt einfach überhaupt nicht zum Gesamteindruck.

Perfect

Luxe appartementen met alle voorzieningen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Mooi verwarmd zwembad en heerlijke ligstoelen. De supermarkt ligt aan de overkant, dus je kan lopend boodschappen halen.

Er liggen een paar tegels los rondom het zwembad. Maar aangezien alles er keurig en verzorgd uit ziet, wordt dat vast snel gerepareerd. Iets anders negatiefs kan ik niet benoemen. Een prima accommodatie dus!

Perfekt läge mellan Saalbach och Hinterglemm med pool och wellnessavdelning som gav guldkant på tillvaron!

Pool och wellnessavdelningen var strålande, också perfekt läge precis mellan Saalbach och Hinterglemm. Lagom cykelavstånd till dem båda.

Lägenheten vi bodde i var något ålderdomlig och inte renoverad som övriga lägenheter, men ren och välstädad. Samtidigt höll det nere priset så på så sätt var det bra!

Gut ausgestattetes Appartment, welches ohne Personalgut auskommt.

Völlige Freiheit im Poolbereich, gute Auswahl an Getränken, Essen, etc. Rad-Keller ist versperrt und riesig groß. Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet, allerdings ohne Klimaanlage und daher (trotz Kellerabteil) viel zu heiß. Wellnessbereich war riesig und sauber, wurde aber nicht benutzt durch unsere Gruppe. Lage ist OK, mit dem Rad ist man rasch in Saalbach, zu Fuß etwa in 20min geschätzt.

Zimmer viel zu heiß und etwas unangenehmer Geruch beim ersten Mal betreten. Hat sich aber durch dauerhaftes Lüften in der Nacht verbessert. Der Pool dürfte irgendeine Undichtigkeit gehabt haben. Eine kurze Seite des Pools war zu 100% mit Gaffa beklebt. Scheint dicht gewesen zu sein. Vermutlich ist ein Fehler kurz vor Saisonbeginn aufgetreten weshalb dies provisorisch gelöst wurde. Preislich doch eher an der oberen grenze, da kein Frühstück vorhanden war und auch selten Personal anwesend ist.
