good welcome, detailed information on arrival. wide skiroom. Jakob1 apartment each bedroom has private bathroom. closest skilift in walking distance 10min.
Pillows were flat. Kitchen did not have any leftovers (sugar, salt, spices, coffee, tea, cooking oil).

Cosy and old fashioned
So genuine and old fashioned. We like it like that when we go skiing.
It was a little bit longer to walk with ski equipment to Saalbach than I thought it would be ( I looked on the map in advance and we have been to Saalbach many times).

I stayed there for biking, hiking
property is great. But reservation by Bellvila (wich put it on booking is terrible) - spamming with messages with no working links ( i got 40 messages in 3 days) - no contact person or details about accommodations - no information about joker cards and valley ( when you contac owner very think is possible, lovely lady ❤️) - wiht Bellvila problems with payment
property is great I stayed ther 2 time and its very nice. But Bellvila made that I was stressted about stay.

Pleasant
Good value for money, good location - 500m from town center, place to park our car and store our bikes in the basement.
The host was smoking all the time and the smoke was in the lobby, corridors a got into our appartment. What I disliked the most was very basic things like detergent, plastic bags for trash, detergent and soap missing in the appartment.

Eigenaren waren erg aardig en flexibel. Te vroeg gearriveerd maar was geen enkel probleem!
