Lovely stay for group ski trips

Clean, modern, everything we needed. We were satisfied with the facilities and the fantastic customer service. Very close to the ski piste, bus station right in front and with easy access to shops and the asian restaurant next door. Would gladly stay again!

Lovely place for 5-star quality stay.

Everything was perfect. So spacious and comfortable apartments. Well equipped kitchen, everything you need for proper cooking. So comfortable beds and quality pillows-blankets-sheets in each bedroom with separate bathroom - what a luxury! Nice spa facilities with heated outdoor pool, parking spot for each room, large ski room. Could not have imagined any better place to stay for 5-day winter holiday and ski trip.

A fabulous stay

A super warm and friendly welcome from the manager set the scene for a fabulous stay. The apartment was immaculate with a high quality kitchen and en-suite bathrooms. Great space in the apartment with lots of ski gear storage and the ski room next to the parking made everything so easy. The parking was well organised with a designated space and we all enjoyed the spa.

An L shape sofa world work better to watch the TV. A baking/casserole dish for the oven would be useful

Spacious apartment with hotel luxury touch

we stayed in the 4 bedroom penthouse, it had AC in all areas. The spacious living area with large dining table both indoor and in the balcony. The private bathroom in each bedroom was a plus point that you don't find usually in the European apartments. All the bathrooms were equipped with the ( Shattaf)

The apartment was perfect — very clean, quiet, and in a great location with easy access to everything. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay

Very clean, beds comfy, great views, swimming and sauna area immaculate. Loved the “cloakroom” - great to have a big space to dump all the stuff. Nice to be on two levels with the bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location OK - supermarkets and restaurants nearby plus the bus stop very close and local train station not much further.

Sofa in wrong orientation for TV? Decor a bit bland and uninspiring, a shame for such a quality apartment. Calling it Lakeside is a bit of a stretch… Wasn’t very clear on booking it only comes with mobility card (free public transport) and not the summer card (free cable cars/attractions etc) which felt a bit mean considering the price. It is next to a church with a clock that chimes every quarter hour. Not through the night but counted 84 rings at 8am on more than one occasion!!

Spacious inside and balcony outside, clean, view, helpful and friendly host on location, location itself, own parking spot. It is a truly great place to stay.

Great apartment, clean and well equipped, pool and sauna area great after a day on the slopes , location is in the South part of Zell so a good 30min walk into main town although closer to Kaprun if snow conditions in Zell not so good .

Everything was great – the team was very welcoming, the property was clean, there was ample parking, the location was nice, and the kids especially loved the pool during the hot summer days.

Nothing really I didn’t like, but few points for further improvement, it’s very rare to come cross hot summer days, but if it does, the property doesn’t have air conditioning, which is very normal

Perfecto!

Las instalaciones eran muy cómodas y muy muy lindas. Es la primera vez que me pasa que la realidad supera las fotos 🙂. Un alojamiento super cálido, todo funcionó perfecto. La ubicación es genial para un plan de esquí: 1) está a 5 minutos a pie de Schmittenhöhe, o si lo prefieres tomar el bus frente al apartamento (pasan cada 10 minutos y es gratis con el pase de esquí o vestido para esquiar). 2) kaprun está a 10 o 15 minutos en bus, también se toma enfrente. 3)hay dos super, uno enfrente y otro en diagonal (una cuadra) muy completo. Hay opción de comer afuera, restaurante italiano e indio (enfrente) y también otro de comida asiática (hay más opciones pero no preste mucha atención).

Si tuviera que mejorar algo, la piscina climatizada se siente un poco fría. Hay una iglesia cerca, las campanadas de las 7 y de las 8 de la mañana son intensas, pero en viaje de esquí es mejor que despertarse con despertador.

Prachtig modern toch gezellig en functioneel ingericht appartement . Twee aparte slaapkamers ieder met badkamer . Ligging rustig en toch loop je zo naar enkele restaurantjes of de spar. De welness was heerlijk na een dag skieen !

Wir würden wieder Buchen

Sehr gepflegt. Tolle hochwertige Ausstattung. Alle Schlafzimmer hatten En Suite Bäder. Super. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung inkl Gartenterrasse mit direkten Poolzugang. Wellnessbereich war auch sehr angenehm.

غرف جديدة و نظيفة جدا احد حمامات الغرف فيه شطاف، العاملون جدا ودودين و الموقع يبعد حوالي 5 دقايق بالسيارة عن بحيرة زلامسي حتماً سازور هذا المكان مرة اخرى

يوجد مكيف محمول في الغرفة الرئيسية و قد كان الطقس جيدا في فترة زيارتي لكن لا اعلم هل هو بارد او لا في فصل الصيف

مواقف خاصة بركك سباحة اطلالة روعة على الجبل توجد ثلاجة في الفندق لشراء المشروبات والشوكليت يوجد شطاف في الحمام (الله يعزكم) بجانبك 3 مطاعم حلال هندي وايراني وسوري سوبرماركت تركي سوبرماركت عربي كل هذه الخدمات على بعد 3 دقائق مشي .. 5 دقائق بالسيارة لبحيرة زيلامسي ومركز المدينة 10 دقائق بالسيارة لقمة كابرون صاحب الفندق جدا محترم ومتعاون ومتفهم والموظفة انتونيا قمة الاذوق والاحترام وخدومة

يجب التأكد من الفندق اذا كانت الشقة مكيفة ام غير مكيفة لان هناك شقق مكيفة وشقق اخرى فيها مراوح

Gli appartamenti si affacciano su un giardino comune dove c è un prato e la piscina. Nel prato i bambini con i genitori giocano a football eti arriva il pallone nel tuo spazio di giardino mentre ceni all aperto ,poi gente che alle 23,00 fa i tuffi in piscina urlando.più che appartamenti di lusso sembra un condominio popolare ,la gestione completamente assente ,riferito al check out fato spallucce neanche chiesto scusa
