Sehr schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage. Gute Ausstattung.

Um auf sehr hohem Niveau zu jammern fehlt ein Pfannenwender und eine große Salatschüssel.

Spacious apartment, pool area was great with spa/sauna facilities. Bus stop 50yds from the property.

Property was close to a church…. Bells (chimes) started from 7am. Wasn’t a major issue.

Die Unterkunft war geräumig, voll ausgestattet, sauber und für uns sehr luxuriös. Der Pool einfach ein Traum, da wir durchgehend Hitze hatten. Perfekt. Die Unterkunft bekommt von uns absolut keine Abzüge. Absolutes Wohlfühlen!

Wir hätten gerne vor Anreise gewusst, dass unmittelbar nebenan eine große Kirche steht, welche dauerhaft bis 21:00 Uhr läutet. Nicht leise sondern wirklich laut. Vor allem der Schlag um 20:00 Uhr und auch an den Wochenenden am frühen Morgen mehrfach. Für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf doch sehr unangenehm. Auch das sich eine einheimische Bar gegenüber befindet, bei der es sehr laut bis 24:00 Uhr zugeht. 2 nächtliche Polizeieinsätze haben uns außerdem aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Unsere Kinder haben leider am Fenster sehen müssen, wie sich Menschen verprügeln. Über mehrere Stunden lautes Geschrei und Blaulicht. Laut Einheimischen keine seltene Geschichte in dieser Bar. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts aber für den Preis hätten wir diese Info gerne vorher gehabt.

The apartment itself is spacious, modern and visually attractive. It is nicely furnished and, at first glance, gives the impression of a high-end property. The location was also convenient for our stay in Zell am See, particularly because my husband was undergoing nose surgery nearby. The check-in process was straightforward, and the receptionist was friendly when she was present. The apartment also had useful features such as a kitchen, parking and the option to order bread and pastries through the app.

We paid €1,068 for three nights and expected a higher standard for a property advertised as a luxury, full-service apartment. The apartment did not have proper air conditioning, only portable evaporative coolers stored in a wardrobe. When we used one as a fan, accumulated dust from under the bed and on top of the wardrobe blew around the room. There was also no vacuum, broom, paper towels, napkins or cleaning service. The bathrooms had pink mould, visible water damage and mould on the ceiling. Some of the fittings were also impractical, including a toilet-paper holder positioned directly above the toilet seat and a very narrow shower entrance. The water pressure was poor. Reception was rarely staffed, so communication had to be handled through WhatsApp. We reported a substantial oil leak beside our parking space, but no action was taken, and at check-out we were told to leave the key cards outside the office door. Cooking was also stressful because guests were warned that failing to use the extractor fan on its highest setting could trigger the fire alarm and result in a €600 charge.
