I liked the place from several aspects, including the quiet location on the banks of the river and the quietness, which is 14 km from the city of Kaprun (10 minutes), as well as the size and distribution of rooms, beds, bathrooms, parking, internet services and electrical appliances such as TV and washing machine The residence is also located next to many outdoor activities for the family and children, and the last reception, hospitality and attention of Mr. Estefan is a friendly and generous person, so I recommend this place to families and children who are looking for calm, relaxation and outdoor activities for their children

Exceptional

Wonderfull place to spend skiing holidays for my family of 5. Fully equiped kitchen, very comfortable beds, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Really close to ski bus stop. Lift can be reached in 5-7 min walking. Very good WiFi connection.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the nearest lift, close to the ski bus.

More pots in the kitchen (we only had 2 - one large and one small), serving dishes would also be nice

Det er en lejlighed, vi lavede selv mad, og køkkenet var super. Værten (Steven) var super rar og tilstedeværende.

Super irt de doelstelling waarvoor we daar zijn. Skiën, slapen, eten, rusten en gezellig samenzijn.

Even persoonlijk contact! De verhuurder heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons in de avond nog te kunnen faciliteren. Echt enorm fijn!!!

Niets!!! Het was in een woord perfect. Zelfs toen wij in de morgen erg vroeg wilde gaan rijden nam hij de moeite ons uit te zwaaien, waar vind je nog zo iets!!!!
