A lovely enclosed and private apartment. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. I liked the quietness of the area and local accessibility to bakeries, supermarket and short distance to centre of Caen with its artisan shops and restaurants. And best of all, the apartment was dog friendly and cool enough to leave them if out on people only attractions.

Great location for us, enjoyed our stay!

It was comfortable for the 3 nights we were there. We liked it has a kitchenette and fridge. It was very basic but everything worked. Bed is a pull out sofa and was ok. It's hard to find the place, Google maps sends you the wrong way. Gate is stuck by maybe that's a French thing. It's tricky to open the door, but the owner showed us how to do it. The owners are nice. The Internet didn't work. The owner gave us access to their own Internet but it was very slow. The description mentions there is laundry but what they mean is that there is a Laundromat around the corner. It's opened 7am- 6 pm so you can't do laundry late. They have drying rack though and we used it. It was good place for the price.
