Dissapointing!!!
The space is big and….that’s it… nothing else
No Air Conditioning which might not be a problem but you have no window nets for mosquitos. This means you either sweat your soul off or you are bitten by the army of mosquitos that invates the house instantly. Little and hard to catch it might seem like a side problem but you actually can not sleep at night Kids got bitten and the wounds got infected. It was a major problem for us with the mosquitos with basically nothing to do other than hint them down in every moment od the day Further more the wodden windows kind of smell and also a strong persistent sewage smell in one of the bathrooms.

Tolle Wohnung zum guten Preis !
Tolle Wohnung, sehr geräumig, alles da. Gute Lage, mit einem kurzen Spaziergang im Zentrum Monacos. Aussicht wird durch Nachbars Bäume ziemlich eingeschränkt. Vermieter total nett und sofort zur Problemlösung bereit. Empfehlenswert !
Es gab viele Stechmücken, aber dafür kann ja keiner was. Über einen zweiten Satz Handtücher in der Hitzewoche hätten wir uns gefreut.

La struttura era molto tranquilla, ben riscaldata spaziosa e con un giardino che regalava viste mozzafiato sia di giorno che di sera.
la posizione richiede necessariamente l'uso dell'auto per qualsiasi cosa, non solo per la presenza sterminata di scale, ma, sopratutto per la salita che precede la proprietà che ha una pendenza assurda! Abbiamo trovato una casa che aveva bisogno di essere arieggiata e spolverata. Abbiamo trovato operai che lavoravano ad una villa adiacente ad ogni ora anche a Natale, sabato e domenica.

Fijn huis
Fijn huis met tuin op mooie locatie. Zeer compleet ingericht, comfortabel, veel ruimte en 2 badkamers. Gastvrije ontvangst bij aankomst met een fles rose en zoutjes.
De locatie is niet makkelijk te vinden omdat google je naar het verkeerde huis stuurt en de huisnumners erg onlogisch zijjn. De buurtbewoners weten ook niet welk huis nr 240 is. Het zou goed zijn om aan te geven in de routebeschrijving dat het huis rechts in een zijstraatje van het adres ligt. Ook zou het huisnumner op de muur bij de straat groter kunnen. Er waren erg veel muggen en knutten die ons helaas ervan weerhielden s avonds buiten te zitten. Het zou goed zijn horren te installeren zodat het huis s avonds gelucht kan worden zonder overlast van muggen. De grote badkamer zou een betere afzuiging kunnen hebben om de warme damp van douchen af te voeren. Er miste een theepot.

Exceptionnel
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette maison. Tout s’est très bien passé, nous avons adoré. La maison était niquel, propre, avec tous les équipements et confort à notre disposition. Les échanges sur booking avec la propriétaire rien a dire également, d’une gentillesse et serviabilité impeccable. La clé était mise à place convenue. Nous choisirons cet établissement si nous revenons un jour dans la région, et recommandons cet établissement sans aucun doute. Merci beaucoup! ❤️
