Large place for a group with kids
The house had parking and offered a beautiful view! There were two bathrooms, which was helpful for our group of 4 women. Comfortable couch.
The kitchen amenities were lacking. There were no kitchen towels or potholders, and I burned myself trying to get something out of the oven. The room configuration is probably best for families with young children. The twin beds had a shelving unit at head-height. Not walkable to much in the area.

An excellent stay. We loved the location and the apartment.
The location was great, once we found it. Google Maps took us to another location.
There was no instruction manual which could have solved the problems we encountered. Also there was no-one to ring when there was a problem - just a what's app message which wasn't always replied to immediately. We were two couples travelling together. One bedroom was excellent but the other was really only suitable for children.

L’emplacement la propreté la gentillesse de l’hôte ,l’équipement,il y avait de tout dans cette maison immense ,la maison entière tout était parfait et ne manquait de rien,grâce à ça nous avons passé un excellent séjour 😊

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Ausblick
Das Häuschen ist über den Dächern von La Spezia gelegen mit einem tollen Blick von der Veranda über die Stadt. Es gab genügend Platz, die Einrichtung ist schön und hat alles, was man benötigt an Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super séjour !
Super séjour ! La maison est grande, confortable, adaptée pour les groupes. Nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse pour des moments en famille, tout en profitant de la vue sur la Spezia. Emplacement parfait pour visiter les Cinque Terres (10 mn de la gare en voiture). Les hôtes sont disponibles sur whatsapp, l’accueil et les échanges ont été fluides. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Des lits peut être un peu petits pour 5 adultes.

La struttura è bellissima,molto accogliente con tutto quello che può servire,curata in ogni dettaglio, pulita con biancheria profumata e la cosa più bella è la vista sul porto di La Spezia. Con parcheggio interno per 2 macchine. Per chi vuole stare in tranquillità consiglio di andare in questa bellissima casa Rosa,io ci tornerò sicuramente.
