Good choice for La Spezia

The location in La Spezia is perfect, just right next the main street, the supermarket is steps away, 10-15 minutes walking to the train station and less to the marina. A very ample apartment, cozy and clean, beds where amazing, and not too noisy. There is a weird smell outside in the hallways of the building but you cannot feel it in the apartment.

If it were possible to fix the smell it would be top notch, but it's a building thing, nothing related with the accomodation

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable

The location was fantastic, within easy walk of all La Spezia attractions. Nice clean and roomy apartment that was well equipped with comfortable beds.

Bathroom was quite tight for room.

The worst situation for 15 years of travel

I was inside apartment just 2-3 minutes to put the luggage, I can say nothing.

I don't want to spoil the reputation of this accommodation, but the attitude of the host Hong is terrible. I will explain why. On the day of my arrival, at 8-9 o'clock in the morning, he wrote to me that there are problems with electricity in the apartment, the air conditioner, washing machine, and refrigerator are not working. And he suggested me to write to service center and find another accommodation. I told him that I am at train, and maybe before my arrival, everything will be ok? And I asked what about refund . He answered me The rest of the house works properly, there is wifi, hot water and there are two fans; if you decide to change accommodation, contact the Booking service centre and ask them. I wrote booking. I told Hong that I did it, , so I am not sure they do refunds so quickly. Than he send me voice message an Italian, and I said I don’t understand Italian. He wrote me “Sorry for mistake, you can come in apartment to leave the luggage, staff come around 12:30 to cleaning”. I asked every thing is ok already, he answered that another things working at home etc. I hoped the fans help me, I decided don’t change accommodation and will stay there. Mr Hong send me the information that I asked about city, gave me 2 coupons for breakfast (for uncomfortable situation) etc. Near 11-11:30 a clock I put my luggage and go out (check in more later, so i think apartment was ready). Near 13 a clock I reserved a message from Hong “You asked refund, please leave apartment”. I remember him that I wrote booking (haw he recommended me) in the morning and tell him about it. I don’t know why, he received that message in some hours and maybe was thinking I did it after putting the luggage. He wrote me again “leave please”. It was raining on the street, and I was forced to return to the apartment and take my luggage and leave, because Hong blocks me, no answer my call and messages. This one was a most terrible that he did.

Um lugar muito bom pra visitar cinque Terre

O apartamento é muito bom, como nas fotos. Está bem localizado no centro de La Spezia e próximo da estação de trem, tudo funcionou muito bem.

São muito inflexiveis com relação ao check-out. Antes das 10h já começa a tocar um alarme e as 10h em ponto tem uma pessoa na porta praticamente expulsando você.

Ottima scelta: bell'appartamento, pulito, in posizione strategica, proprietario gentilissimo, buona soluzione anche per la colazione con bar convenzionati. Scelta super consigliata.

Difficoltà di parcheggio (ma mi sa che è un problema di tutti gli appartamenti di La Spezia, alla fine optato per Europa Park a pagamento) e un cattivo odore nelle scale (che però fortunatamente non si sentiva nell'appartamento che invece era pulito e profumato)

Duży apartament w klimatycznej kamienicy starego miasta. Obiekt wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do wygodnego wypoczynku. Duża kuchnia , zmywarka, pralka i express do kawy, wraz z pyszną kawą. Tuż obok sklep i wiele restauracji. Wszędzie blisko. Miła i profesjonalna obsługa , serwująca wiele przydatnych informacji turystycznych. Dziękujemy za udany pobyt.

De locatie was top! Ook was alles erg netjes en de gastheer was zeer behulpzaam.

De badkamers echt zeer klein en dan vooral de douche. Ook geen stopcontacten naast het bed.

Heel fijn en licht appartement, precies zoals op de foto’s. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ruime kamers, goede bedden, airco en wifi werken perfect. Leuke restaurantjes en winkeltjes in de buurt, supermarkt vlakbij. Super ligging om Cinque Terre te ontdekken, zowel met de boot als met de trein. Hong is een heel vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer, reageert snel via WhatsApp. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf!

Appartamento molto bello, arredato con gusto,spazioso e pulito.Letti comodi, climatizzatore molto buono. Host a dir poco meraviglioso,disponibile e gentile.Per agevolarci a trovare parcheggio per la moto è addirittura venuto a prenderci in macchina e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. Nonostante sia in centro la casa è ben isolata e non si sentono i rumori della gente che passeggia la sera. Consiglio assolutamente

Tolles, zentrales Apartment

Die Lage ist super zentral im Zentrum. Es ist ein sehr schönes, grosses und sauberes Apartment. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Hong hat einfach und unkompliziert funktioniert. Das Frühstück konnte mit den Voucher in Cafés in der Umgebung genossen werden und war lecker.

Einziger Minuspunkt - die Dusche ist sehr klein und eng.

Duży, przestronny apartament. Wygodne łóżka, szafa w każdym pokoju. Duża kuchnia, ze stołem gdzie można było zjeść śniadanie. Balkon. W łazience szczoteczki oraz żel pod prysznic. Czyste ręczniki.

Fajnie jakby były kapcie jednorazowe bo podłoga była bardzo zimna i ciężko było chodzić bez butów.
