Despite arriving later than planned, Wendy waited and met us to show us around the apartment and was really helpful with excellent communication via WhatsApp
Also there was an amazing daily food market just up the road where we bought fresh bread, cheese and charcuterie for breakfast.
It could get quite noisy due to the central location but actually we quickly got used to it and it didn’t affect our sleep

Property was in a great location. Close to station as well as bars and restaurants. Beautiful ceilings. Two bathrooms which helps when you are staying with your kids

El lugar muy bonito y la casa super comoda, lo que si no me gusto es que no hay inf del parking y todos los estacionamientos son tiempo limitado como por ejemplo el de la foto. Hay parking con larga duración pero hay que caminar 15 minutos igual que la estación del tren central.

Appartement très beau et spacieux,
bien équipé, très propre et confortable !
Nous avons passé 4 nuits très agréables ici, merci à Wendy pour son gentil accueil !
Nous avons tout aimé, la Clim qui fonctionne super bien, les chambres et salles de bain, le salon spacieux avec grand télé, nous permettant de nous détendre après les randonnées aux Cinque Terre et découverte de la très belle ville de la Spezia
Nous reviendrons
Rien, il ya un peu de bruit la nuit provenant des rues mais on est en centre ville et en plein été
$$$$
