Beautiful town, lovely people

2 non refundable bookings were made because of a failure of the booking.com app and the hotel didn’t bother telling us until we checked out and then refused to remove the unused room charge.

Farther from attractions than described. Check inn took a very long time because of the tourist tax forms. Reserved a room with one queen bed and got 2 singles pushed together with separate sheets. (Not uncommon in Germany) but I don’t appreciate it.

Hugely disappointed for the price we paid. Most of reviews are for restaurant and not the hotel.

Property was very clean. Room modern.

Nobody there to check in as they were day off. No mention that hotel backs onto railway track. No air conditioning although stated there was. Pillows very soft in fact nothing in them. No restaurant available on the day we stayed as owners were day off. Thought price was high for location and room.

Restaurant is highly recommend

The restaurant is very recommended, the waitress are super friendly and care about the guests a lot , the most important is the food are really delicious 😋, about the hotel is nothing very special.

It’s a house more than 500 years old . I would recommend to change the Matratze and give one pillow more , at least more comfortable.

I was very happy with the hotel, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff is nice and friendly. Also in the evening, the dinner was very good.

Great stay

Room was actually a studio and was big, hard to find ( no 32 and that was in another building, specially that we arrived late and was the day off of the employees, so o person to ask about it), clean, with a big and clean furniture. Also the terrace was spacious. everything was very clean and communication via booking with the staff was done very fast. The personal was very nice and happy to help us when we need it. Also in the morning we took the breakfast which was very rich in variety of food and the coffee was like home.

Lots of good, lots of average and the train track made this hotel over priced.

Room was big, beds were comfy.

I am not sure I done my research on this hotel properly. There is a train track next to the hotel, I probably missed this. Room was very nice but the view wasn't. I felt is was over priced also. All that said the staff made us feel very welcome and were there (during certain times) if needed.

Super Frühstücksbuffett. Viel Auswahl an frischer Wurst, frischem Käse, Brot, Brötchen, Süßes, gekochte Eier, leckeres frisch zubereiteten Rührei, frisch her Obstsalat, Marmeladen, Honig, Säfte, Secco. Reichlich Kaffee, Tee, heiße Schokolade. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksam. Parken direkt am Haus, Aufzug vorhanden.

Gut bürgerliches Haus mit empfehlenswerter Küche für die Gäste

Zimmer und Bad in sehr modernem Stil, sehr saubere Gästezimmer und Bad. Stilvolle Ausstattung in den Schlafzimmern Chalet. Gasträume sehr gemütlich bürgerlich eingerichtet.

Leider kein Getränk im Zimmer, schade.
