Perfect location and hotel for doing buiness locally and if you are on vaction great as well!

Beautiful view of the lake and harbour, super location for restaurants and bars.

Parking is tricky, advice is to use P4 as you get on the island and then do the short walk (5 +/- minutes) to the hotel.

Lovely hotel right at the waterfront. Excellent breakfast buffet included. Dinner in the restaurant was very good also.

They gave us 2 rooms that had air conditioners that didn’t work. Didn’t tell us during check in. It was very warm.

Very helpful, accommodating, and friendly staff! Great location! The room was clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciate the 3 different pillows, so everyone is able to pick one that suits them. And the local fish choice in the restaurant, where we had a delicious dinner. The breakfast buffet was very, very delicious! There was a great choice of everything and they ensured that the buffet was always stocked and looked inviting

I forgot to mention that the shower door didn’t properly close. Otherwise, everything was great!

we were not in the main building, therefore the view was not good. The suite was big but we didn’t like that the bedroom did not have a door to close and also that was quite bright.

good size room and bathroom with window. comfortable beds and nice lounge room available with free drinks. The terrace overlooking the lake for breakfast is also very nice, too bad for the wasps that forced us to eat inside

the reception is closed at night and they do not leave a telephone number for emergencies the location is nice but very inconvenient for dropping off luggage, they don't even have an area to leave the car at least 10 minutes. Difficult to get information via booking messages, they do not respond and respond very vague

Amazing Hotel

It is such a nice pace to stay, we literally loved everything there. My little son was on a wheelchair and it was super great for him,the hotel is very accessible. The restaurant is amazing, and menu is truly great and food is delicious, even my picky son noticed that. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better. The room with a view is definitely worth to pay a little extra, it is so beautiful. We really enjoyed our staying there.

It was close from the train station, which was great for us. Staffs there were very nice, except the front desk lady who was on the phone all the time, it seemed to me. We waited rather long to have quick questions answered, check-in and/or check-out. However, if that was the norm in Lindau, I am totally willing to change my mind about the impressions I got from the front desk lady.

The impression of the hotel would be much better if the front dest lady wasn't talking on the phone for a long time when we needed her. She was nice when she was available, so it's just my simple wish.

In General very happy of the Hotel and If travel again , could consider it :)

Location is wonderful , we had a beautiful view from our room. Staff are supper friendly specialty at breakfast :) quit rooms, if the neighbor doesn't have a dog :) be sure to book the parking in advance as we did and worked fine. A bit complicated to drive by car to the Hotel, but once you know its easy

I have only 3 negative comments: 1- for 3 nights we were charged 20.00 Euros for some Tax which was new and we weren't informed (more than what we expected or informed) and we have been to several Hotels in Germany but never had this Tax 2- We paid then saw the invoice, Normally you should see first then Pay :) 3- We had a water in the room on the first day which we thought its welcoming treat but we were charged :) Maybe we misunderstood

Great location, excellent breakfast, staff were nice, room was lovely and clean and good size. Beautiful view

No English tv all German very disappointing as it has two stations in English but they have not been tuned in by the hotel. So if you want to relax and watch some English speaking tv you won’t see it here.
