Cups and cutlery available for the guests weren't very clean.....but that's an extra as the structure doesn't offer breakfast, just tea and coffee.

This is a basic boarding house in a very sought-after area on Lindau island. The staff member I met was friendly and helpful. The room was small but adequate for my one-night stay.

The property is old with no lift. The addition of a snacks and drinks machine would have added some convenience. It is basic boarding house and for that, it was fine.

It is a beautiful old building and the lady at the reception was helpful. Nice touch with an individual note and wine in the room left for the guests. Clean and classy look of the rooms

Great location

It was in a great location, we could walk to everything. The rooms were nice and stayed pretty cool with the windows open. The kids loved having an ice cream shop right across the street. Parking was a short walk over the bridge, and we were able to drop off and pick up our luggage at the entrance. We wanted to explore the island, as well as drive over the border and see some of Switzerland- so it met all of our needs!

It was very loud - which we expected from the street. There had also been a football/soccer game, so there was a lot of honking and yelling outside - but that was just specific to the occasion. We were there with 3 adults 4 children (ages 12, 9, 6, and 4.) The kids didn’t have trouble falling asleep and they weren’t woken up during the night despite the random people yelling outside of the window, lol. All of the locks to the rooms and bathroom are pretty loud at night, so if you have children who have to go potty a lot that is something to consider. The private bathroom is located outside of the bedroom, so you have to unlock the bedroom door to get there. There was some sort of stain on one of the blankets, so we just put that one in the closet during our stay. It was a little expensive for what you are getting, but we don’t regret it!

Horrender Preis für Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad

Die Lage auf der Lindauer Insel, die aber durch das miserable Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in den Hintergrund rückt. Wir (ein Ehepaar) hatten kurzfristig eine Silvesterveranstaltung am Lindauer Hafen gebucht und wollten eine Unterkunft auf der Lindauer Insel buchen. Weil wir spät dran waren und kaum mehr Auswahl hatten, buchten wir über Booking.com das Gästezimmer Hozici für 186,70 Euro. Dieser Preis ist vollkommen überzogen für ein Zimmer ohne eigenes WC und Badezimmer und ohne Frühstück im zweiten Stock eines Privathauses ohne Aufzug. Nicht mal ein Spiegel war in unserem Zimmer. Geradezu unglaublich ist, dass etwa bei Google ein Booking.com-Preis von 51 Euro für diese Unterkunft genannt ist, was einen frechen Silvesteraufschlag aufs Dreieinhalbfache bedeutet.

Insgesamt hat es uns für eine Nacht gut gefallen

Sehr gute Lage, zwischen dem Parkplatz (100 Meter) und dem Stadtzentrum. Gutes Internet, sehr sauber. Freundlicher Gastgeber, am 1. Januar durften wir bis 13:00 Uhr bleiben.

Das sind gute, einfache Apartments. Man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten, und das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug. Unbequeme Kissen, die Hellhörigkeit ist ziemlich hoch, aber für den Preis ist alles in Ordnung.
