The location on the island is excellent, and I arrived right in the middle of German carnival, which made the whole area feel lively and fun. Even with that energy outside, the hotel itself was very quiet, so I slept well, and breakfast was a great start to the day.
The downside was check-in, it was difficult and confusing. I had to make a phone call to figure out how to access my room, and it was hard to communicate because they didn’t speak English.

The hotel is conveniently located. Parking is at the "Inselhalle", right across the street. It's convenient, although the price is 20+ Euro per day. A good bed with good linens. There's a refrigerator in the room, and two good wine glasses, too. Special thanks for that! A decent and inexpensive breakfast.
For some reason, we had problems with Wi-Fi. Three of our devices worked fine (all in the kids' room), but three others (in our room) refused to connect – IP config error. I couldn't figure out what was going on.
And it was a bit crowded at breakfast.

Good location in Lindau. Close from restaurants and cafes.
I couldn't do shower because no hot water come.
