Problems with the automatic proceses

The hotel was cenzral, clean and good.

Sitll much issues with the automatic porcesses. Chck in was problematic, obtaining the card keys and accessing internet also. However there was a very good human remote suppot that helped us to over come them.

Perfect for a short stay. Amaris restaurant offers great breakfast.

Excellent location. Room was clean and large enough for 3 beds/3 adults.

Self checking was cumbersome as I had to retype too many things, including email address and phone numbers which were already given at reservation.

For our bedroom the Private Bathroom was down the passage in a separate room (although robes were provided). Didn’t realise we’d have to go into “public” area to access the separate bathroom. It was fine except at night when the auto lights all come on! Bedroom is a good size but lacks character

Very disappointing.

The location in LIndau was good. The room also had an abundance of electrical outlets.

The room had little more than a bed, a closet, a simple table, and a backless stool to sit on. Basics you would expect in any normal hotel room were missing. For example, there was no towel rack and no chair to sit on for reading. It was so disappointed that I left earlier than originally planned.

Excellent location. 1 block from waterfront. 1 block from restaurants. 2 blocks walk from train station. Double bedroom clean and neat.

Bathroom not very clean. No elevator if you have luggage. Hotel staff member had very bad breath and kept breathing in our faces and personal space. Breakfast and Taxes included and paid via Booking.com, but excluded upon arrival at hotel, so hotel staff started huge argument.

A lovely little hotel in historic Lindau

A beautiful small hotel in the middle of the Insel in one of the historic streets. Check in was easy and the room was delightful, large and looked out over the houses. It was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift but this wasn't a problem for us. The bathroom was quite small but totally adequate. The hotel was incredibly clean and very well looked after and cared for. Our bikes were stored in a secure room which was easily accessed from the street. The breakfast was wonderful with a great choice of buffet.
