It is good, but there were some things , don’t have requirements as a Hotel.

I Like the Location and the Parking.

The WiFi doesn’t work, and they don’t have towels ready. The heater wasn’t working in the room at all.

Family friendly, convenient, warm staff

Spacious (lots of parking, grass area, nice common rooms), family friendly (even a kids room with fun toys for toddlers to maybe 8 or 9 years old), friendly staff happy to help with any questions or needs!

Desk hours were a bit strange, so upon arriving we had to snoop around to find a staff member for check in, but they graciously welcomed us. THERE ARE NO TOWELS IN THE ROOM! Ask for one at check in... there's a charge.

The staff were a pleasure and the shower was the best of the entire trip

I'd not stayed in a hostel before but you pay hotel premium but have to make and change your own bed, empty and sweep your room out and, because it was out of season, the breakfast was poor and the games rooms were all locked. There was also no WiFi in the rooms which wasn't offered but it worked in some of the guest rooms and costs £20 to extend to all.

Heldigvis skulle vi kun overnatte. Et sted for store familier med børn eller skoleklasser, som kan gøre brug af gæstekor

Imødekommende personale, som gerne hjalp. Vi fik lov at benytte personaleparkering (tom), da alt andet var optaget. Vi fik lov at benytte personale elevator, da boede på 2. sal og ingen andre elevatorer og tunge tasker.

Der var ingen ledige p-pladser ved ankomst. Ingen til at tage imod efter 24. Koldt og alt lys slukkedes, så mørke gange mv. Affaldsbeholdere stod ved trappe og stank. Lå afsides og ucharmerende. Bygningen kold og som en institution. Toilet og bad var fælles og lå langt fra værelset. Smalle enkeltmandskøjesenge på lille aflangt værelse med 1 vindue ud til tag og bygninger. Morgenmadsbuffet bød på utrolig larm fra bl.a. køkkenet (opvask), dårlig kaffe og generelt meget simpelt. Pris var for høj til den ringe standard. Ikke et sted vi benytter igen, trods imødekommende personale.
