As we were checking out, we had a long drive ahead so we couldn’t stay for breakfast. We asked if we could have a cup of coffee to go, he charged four euro and wasn’t very nice about it. Just a bit disappointing.

Max hotel very clean and conveniently placed for easy walk into Lindau. Room small but fine - air conditioning would have been great but it was good to be able to open the window wide. Didn't have breakfast as it seemed quite expensive.... All in all I would recommend. Thank you.

Our host (mgr) was wonderful, had great suggestions for touring the area and his dinner suggestion for Bavarian food was spot on . The town was wonderful and we would have stayed an extra day, if the hotel was not fully booked. Do not hesitate to stay here. A nice little 14 minute walk to the island town. We will return!

The hotel is very well situated for walking across the bridge to the old town. We found it great value and was exactly what we required. It was a little noisy at night, being close to the railway line, but this wasn't an issue for us. When checking in, the gentleman at reception was extremely friendly and helpful - a great introduction to Lindau!
