Cleanness of the room, comfortable, not the typical cheap furniture that are easy to find in hotels. Easy to reach from the motorway.
I think that price for the parking is a bit too expensive considering the cost of the room. When I arrived all the free spaces around the hotel were taken, so probably everyone tried to avoid the parking fee.

Air con didn’t work
Terrible sleep with a fan as the only way to stay cool.
Shower very bad water pressure and suddenly either burning hot or a dribble
