Pension Grübel is a bit far but luckily it's very close to the bus stop! Takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre (Maximilianstraße). The only thing is the bus runs every 30 minutes or so, so you have to plan your schedule well. But you do get a free bus ticket as part of the stay, so that's nice :)
Very sweet staff!
And good value for money, especially compared to the other more expensive hotels in Lindau.

Easy check in with friendly staff, free parking, short distance from Lindau town (easy to drive there or they gave us a free bus ticket to go in), supermarket a short drive away. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean

It was very close to Lindau center by car, in a calm area. I could arrive any time. It was very clean.
It was quite hot in the room and you could hear other people, so it was hard to sleep when others left early. Room and bathroom are tight, but for a single person absolutely fine.
