Cool, Comfy and Superb :)

Welcome: Receptionist at the Hotel Welcomed us with a smile and she helped us to get the Keys and the Tourist Cards. She also mentioned some better mode of travel and so on. That is so nice of her. Room: Room was neat and clean with 3 beds. Bathroom: Neat and clean with Tub Ventilation: Good Breakfast: Hotel Staff in the kitchen was friendly and helpful and served best Breakfast and Coffee. Exit: Staff helped to dop the keys and greeted with a Bye and Happy Journey:)

Comfortable in Quiet Area

We stayed here for just one night, and it suited our needs perfectly. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast provided was enjoyable. The hotel certainly delivered on its value. In case of a late arrival, the keys can be found in a letterbox next to the entrance. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during our visit, but there are several dining options nearby. Situated in a quieter area, the hotel offers proximity to a lovely park with serene surroundings and amazing trees, offering views of the Bodensee. During our stay, we noticed some police presence in and around Lindau, with speed cameras and alcohol tests being conducted on the street of the hotel after dark, so be careful with that. I would recommend this hotel for travelers on a budget or on short/business trip.

Perfect overnighter for the Austrian Alps.

A small detour off the Autobahn for Innsbruck, in the leafy suburbs of Lindau, on the Bodensee. Keycode reception. Good room and adequate breakfast. But- just a short walk to the lakeside and buzzy, friendly,and rather swish Italian resto Amici. Good value.

Good option near Lindau Island

The room was clean and warm (it was cold outside). Shower pressure was good. The key was left for us in a lockbox. The breakfast was tasty and generous. Parking was free. Hotel is a bit on the older side, but the price is a good and fair value.

Communication could have been a bit better. We booked late and more detailed instructions on how to retrieve key and locate our room would have been helpful.

the location of the property is about a half hour leisurely walk or a 20 minute stiff walk from the “island” which was nice.

The staff was grumpy and unfriendly. The room was very basic. The shower was broken so we had to hold the shower head ourselves. There were no amenities at all. The breakfast did not live up to the current rating. The towels were actually from the Seerose hotel?! We think that the good rating is due to former owners, not the current ones.

The message after booking that you've to check in before 1700 or else call phone number which gave only an answering machine. Luckly they are open longer but it was giving some stress on the way going to them.

Erholsame Tage am Bodensee

Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, funktional eingerichtet, gute Matratzen. Ruhige Lage im Villenviertel von Lindau, mit der Gästekarte ist man schnell auf der Insel Lindau, die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Hundefreundlich, in der Nähe ist ein schöner Park der bis zum See geht. Reichlich kostenlose Parkplätze. Zum Jahreswechsel wurde ein Silvester Buffet mit verschiedenen Köstlichkeiten angeboten.

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, kein Lift, steile Treppen. Man sollte einfach kein 3 Sterne Komfort erwarten.

Für eine Nacht ganz ok wenn man sich nicht groß im Hotel aufhalten möchte.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Busstation direkt vor der Haustür. Das Hotel ist älter aber die Zimmer sind gut und neuwertig ausgestattet. Beim Frühstück bekommt man das übliche.

Fazit: Einfach, gute Lage, mit Hund, steile Treppe

Ein einfaches, schlichtes Gästehaus für einen absolut fairen Preis. Nettes Personal, auch der Chef :) alles sauber. Bus vor der Tür. Frühstück war einfach, aber gut. Hund kostet 10 Euro pro Nacht. Individueller Check-in mit Keybox. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Direkt am Eingang geht es eine sehr steile Treppe hinauf zu den Zimmern. Kein Fahrstuhl. Das ist eine wichtige Info für alle, die nicht ganz fit zu Fuß sind. Rund um das Haus könnte mal entrümpelt werden. Betten sehr weich. Muss man mögen :)

Gelungener Aufenthalt in Lindau am Bodensee

Wir durften früher einchecken und konnten so gleich zum See und der Insel laufen. Das Zimmer ist gross und war sauber. Aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war für uns ausreichend. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit
