Perfect stay, with various and delicious breakfast

It's quite and cosy place, with perfect breakfast and really attentive stuff. It feels like a high quality boutique hotel with affordable price and attention for details. We were totally satisfied. And during our trip and 7 hotels in Germany and Switzerland. This hotel was number one in our rating))

In the beginning we did not understand how to close windows, then we found the buttons for the electric blinds.

Perfect for our personal needs.

Nice location (to the hospital we had get to, but not close to the Lake or historic Lindau), clean hotel, friendly staff and good continental breakfast.

No restaurants or the like in walking distance of the hotel, as the hotel (Garni) does not offer anything beyond breakfast.

Cozy, quaint, and super clean!

Elias was fantastic! Checking in was easy and direct. The room was ideally situated with a beautiful view, and it was super clean, cozy, and quiet! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Elias provided us with a free bus pass for the town, but we opted to walk because it's so quaint. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort, ease, and friendliness. Enjoy your stay!

Nice hotel, just outside prime location

Property is nice but in a location not walkable to much. We did find a nice restaurant - aeschacher bistro that was a short walk and served authentic German and other foods. Highly recommend. Staff was nice, breakfast was good, room was clean and comfy

Pleasant and quiet location, yet the Lindau island is reachable in about 20 minutes on foot. Tasty breakfast each morning, with fresh local products served in a bright, garden‑edged sunroom. Ideal walking distance to the island, making local sightseeing very convenient.

Not worth the money and has nothing special. Not coming back!

Nothing. It wasn't a good experience. We kind of had no choice since we booked last minute. The location was okay close to bus stop. Also it has a ramp from the parking lot to the entrance.

The owner had a bad attitude. His daughters who were serving breakfast, were sweet, polite, and respectful. The room doesn't have AC so we had to open the windows but mosquitoes didn't let us sleep. I killed multiple during night. Also saw two cockroaches in the bathroom.

Location. We got lost getting to the island of Lindau. We both like walking but took a lot more time than expected. We thought about 20 mins but more like 30. However having parking on site a big bonus. Definitely only need one night in this town. A little pricey given the location, but room very nice

A delightful little hidden gem in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood

The hotel is quaint and beautiful, surrounded by a charming little garden, and the room and bathroom were bright and clean. Breakfast was varied and delicious and the breakfast room was very elegant with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Great and nice stay at Schöngarten Garni Hotel.

The room is big enough for two people, it’s very clean. There is save in the wardrobe. The bathroom is good and clean too. I like the breakfast, they have plenty of food and drinks. The location is only about 10 minutes to the Lindau island, the hotel give us the free transformation (bus and train) ticket to move around.

The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. Close to the island of Lindau, and the besitiful port.
