Overall excellent hotel with great location and friendly staff

Superb room. Newly refurbished with good facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel provided us with off street private parking. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

No air on in the rooms and it was very warm in the location during our stay.

The hotel met everything we needed. Good location, very clean, quiet place, small room but comfortable. I would go back.

It is not a place for people with physical problems since rooms are upstairs with no elevator

It is very well located on the island, metres from the harbour and all the restaurants, cafes, and shops. It is also close to a place to rent bicycles. Comfortable beds and very clean. Especially the towels.

Comfortable small hotel in a great little town.

Comfortable room and friendly staff, with great access to all the cafes, bars and shops around Lindau, which is a gorgeous place.

Parking on the island and at the hotel is understandably very limited (being a small island) so be sure to reserve a parking spot when you book a room (otherwise you can use the nearby parking station, though costing $25 per day).

we stayed in the attic room and it’s not the comfortable one. bed gave us body ache and pillows were almost flat.

Very poor

Lindau is a great place!

The staff was speaking barely any languages other than German and was generally quite unfriendly, unprofessional and not helpful (for example they told me that Green pass "should" be enough for Covid rules). Many details (eg reservation necessary for the parking, and reception only open 3 hours per day) were not clearly expressed: I have been in touch on the phone with the staff before arriving twice in the previous days and nothing was mentioned. They informed us only 10 minutes before closing time, by email. Breakfast was poor, and expensive (€ 7,00/person)
