Le personnel accueillant. Chambre confortable et agréable. Salle de bain propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner gourmand.
Le parking éloigné mais compréhensible sur l'île de Lindau. La balade entre le parking et l'hôtel reste agréable. Le personnel qui nous a accueilli ne maîtrise pas l'anglais mais nous nous sommes débrouiller avec le traducteur Google..cette personne a été tout de même patiente et agréable.

Sehr schönes und saniertes Hotel!
Der Service und die Kommunikation war eine Katastrophe! Keine persönliche Ansprache, „1“ Servicemitarbeiter ( zuständig für Empfang, Service , etc,)versteht nur jedes dritte Wort. Frühstück wird schon morgens an den Tischen gedeckt! Der Lachs sah schon aus wie eine alte Salmonellen befasste Schuhsohle! Extrabrötchen gab es nicht. Kontakt per Whatt App, aber bis jetzt kein persönlicher Anruf! Da bringt auch kein schönes Hotel etwas, wenn man ein Hotel nicht führen kann!
