Amazing!

Amazing views and great facilities (we stayed at the studio so we also had a small kitchen). The staff is also very kind and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay!

The only downside is that there is no elevator, so you have to carry everything up and down, but except for that absolutely nothing :)

Perfect Location & View

The location was perfect, it is central with all restaurants and sights within a short walk. We had a large balcony looking out over the port. Check-in was easy, the staff were very nice and the room met our expectations all-round.

Clean and comfortable with lots of space. Excellent location virtually on the harbour and very close to the station. Kitchenette was very good with everything you would need including tea/coffee and snacks. White linen and comfortable bed. Shower/bathroom was good. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Nothing to dislike. However depending on your room there could be a lot of stairs up a narrow winding staircase.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Lindau-Insel

Our one-night stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed in Room Porto 11, which had a stunning view of Lake Constance, Lindau Island landmarks, and a beautiful sunny terrace. Watching the sunset from the exceptional room terrasse and relaxing there was truly unforgettable — we even got lucky and heard live music from the promenade downstairs. A magical experience! The location is simply unbeatable — everything is within walking distance: restaurants, cafés, attractions, boats, the promenade, shops, and the old town. Totally worth the price for the location alone. The room had a small fridge, and we were pleasantly surprised by a welcome drink and a birthday card upon arrival — such a thoughtful touch. The bed was large and very comfortable. We loved the little sitting area by the window, and the room also had a kettle, dishes, and a coffee machine. Self check-in was also super easy and convenient. We would gladly come back again — thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

Just a small tip: if you have long hair, consider bringing a more powerful travel-hairdryer. Otherwise, the bathroom and shower were very comfortable and clean.

Exceptional accommodation on Lindau Island

This place is exceptional. Right by the lake, it has a marvellous view of the Bodensee, and the Lindau Island harbour. Our room was a good size, we had a kitchenette, and a modern ensuite. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Lovely place!

The access by car was a bit tricky.

I loved how close to the shore it is and the spectacular view is just around the corner. what amazed me is the apartment was fully set and had everything I needed, plus it was very clean and the bed was cozy 😍! the stuff were very friendly.

Location superb, very close to train station, harbour and many restaurants around.

The only negative side is no elevator and we need to carry our luggages to the top floor. The staircase is so narrow too. No choice we have to leave our big luggage on the ground floor and just packed some clothes and essential for our 3 days stay

Room with a terrific view , just on the lindau harbor Great big room with a massive terrace, great breakfast , good bathroom and good overall equipment Very good ervice Extremely good double glazing as we werre on the harbnor there was no noise in the room

4 things to know (not "dislike" but good to know) 0) Hotel entrance is complex to find , but as there is also a cafe and restaurant and ice cream parlor with the same name, go there and ask :-) 1) Lindau is an island, so parking is a nightmare (valid for all hotels) and you cant park close to the hotels (think about if you have massive luggage) 2) the reception desk is very very tiny, never seen one like that but actually who cares, as you dont sleep in reception 3) the breakfast is not in the hotel but in the restaurant (10 meters away). good point is that therefore you can take breakfast on the harbor but you wont go there with your slippers

Location right on the harbor! Also minutes from many restaurants (Lindau Insel is only 10-15 min walk across). Our room had great lake views from a French balcony. Very comfortable large Euro twin beds.

No lift to upper floors but someone could help with luggage at check in (no one was available at checkout)

I loved almost everything about this hotel! The location is perfect, close to the train station, and offering a stunning view over the harbor. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and efficient. The decor is cosy, with big fluffy down comforters on the bed. And the bed is very comfortable.

The internet was weak and unreliable. I stayed for 3 nights and had no internet for 2 nights in my room.

Not value for money, poor mgt communication

Location

Despite booking weeks in advance and writing to reserved parking, when we arrived our parking request was NOT met! To think the management even wrote and told us to come to to the reception first to pick up parking key and check in. Its important to note that parking becomes critical especially during the Bregenzfestspiele which we were attending for the night. We booked a suite room. It was 3 flights up. It wouldn't have been a problem except our safe was broken, and since there was no telephone, no in house telephone, we had to climb up and down and up and down to get receptionist for help. Our problem was never resolved with parking and the broken safe. Luckily we were traveling with friends, so we could put our valuables in their safe. There was no apologies nor any feedback from the management. The receptions only complained to me how she had had a bad day. Not what one would except in a service industry.

The breakfast at the Café downstairs was wonderful and the location cannot be beat! You are right on the promenade where the ferries take off. Beautiful and lively!
