Staff was great. We had dinner in the restaurant, it was wonderful.
The hotel was empty (we were in the lowest season), and we didn't get a view. But..we didn't pay for it, either.

Breakfast was good, very young waiter was very helpful & atentive. Beds very comfy & excellent location for visiting Lindau
Receptionist needs to be more professional & not make her personal attitudes towards certain social groups less obvious. She either dosent like Brits or dosent like motorcyclist..or both. She gave me the look she might give (every time) when she puts her foot in something brown & smelly when shes walking the back street on Lindau. She needs her attitude re calibrating / re training, she could learn a lot from the young waiter in regards of how to treat a customer.
The shower in my room was faulty, the head would not stay in postion on the slider, I couldnt be bothered to tackle Miss happy / smiler in reception to i just placed a sock behind it to jam it in place. 4 star hotel???? very poor.
I`m used to staying on 4 & 5 star hotels both socially & with work, the room I was given was a bit dated to say the least, even at the discounted rate but i suppose this depends on how big a chunk of that was taken in commision by B.com
