Aggressives Verhalten der Vermieterin

Die Unterkunft ist nett eingerichtet und es war bis auf eine Sache alles so wie beschrieben.

Ich entdeckte erst als ich spät abends nach dem Einchecken wiederkam und die Toilette erstmals benutzte, dass sie hinter dem Klodeckel verschmutzt war mit Spritzern von Durchfall. Sicherlich war es der Putzkraft nicht aufgefallen, denn alles andere in der Wohnung war sauber. Das kann passieren. Dennoch ekelte ich mich so sehr, dass ich nur eine statt 2 Nächte blieb. Ich schrieb die Vermieterin höflich an und fragte sie, wie wir das regeln könnten. Daraufhin erhielt ich eine sehr aggressive Antwort, in der sie mir unterstellte, es eine Masche meinerseits und es könnte überhaupt nicht sein, dass es hinter dem Klodeckel schmutzig gewesen wäre. Ich versuchte sie zum Einlenken zu bewegen und darüber nachzudenken, dass ich die Wahrheit sagen könnte. Das tat sie weiterhin aggressiv ab. So bin ich nun 2 x "geschädigt" worden, einmal mit einer verschmutzten Toilette (was bestimmt keine Absicht war) und dann mit der aggressiven Unterstellung, es sei eine Masche meinerseits und meine Sache, wenn ich nur eine Nacht bliebe.
