Awesome location but just know you can’t see the sunset from the deck, you can easily walk up to the walkway though and see it but there are large crowds. However the views of the caldera are spectacular and the deck is very expansive. The house is huge, well stocked with a full size fridge and freezer with ice cube trays (there is no ice to buy anywhere for drinks etc so a freezer is nice.) Full kitchen with cooktop, dishes and pots and pans, a ton of dishes and serving trays. It’s clean, beds are comfortable and deck stays shady which is really nice. Our host was so kind and helpful and did a great just making sure we had what we needed. She can do laundry for you for a fee which is also rare in these places and helpful if you are on a long trip. She also gave us late checkout which was so kind considering its high season.
The listing says three bedrooms but only one has an actual door. The 2nd “bedroom” has the living room furniture and two twin beds in the loft. The other loft has one bed but it opens to the kitchen area. It’s totally fine if you have one big family but we had a mother in law who needed her own room in addition to the parents and the kids. This is typical in Santorini where bedrooms don’t always have doors but it’s good to know.

The villa is in a perfect location in Oia with caldera views from the big terrace. It’s right next to „the castle“ from which most tourists watch the sunset (which is opposite of the caldera). Caldera views are breathtaking any time of the day and night and certainly one of the highlights of this property. Rooms - there is one large living room with a bed downstairs and an upstairs loft with two single beds. There’s a bathroom attached to the living room. The large room connects to kitchen/ eating area which also has a loft with one single bed. From the eating areas there’s a separate bedroom with large bed and en suite bathroom. The host can arrange airport pickup - which includes help with luggage walking through Oia to get to the villa. The host will also help you with car services to other parts of the island. Absolute highlights apart from staying in Oia: Katamaran Cruise, cooking class at Secret Kitchen and music presentation and worship at Symposion.
Washing machine would have been great for us as family. You can have laundry picked up and delivered for 25 euros. In general for Santorini best way to get around is car service. 50-70 Euros one way trip to most destinations irrespective of party size. Buses work for simple trips to Fira, but with connecting routes it becomes more challenging and time consuming. They’re crowded, not on schedule and sometimes don’t show up at remote locations with long waiting times. It’s worth your time and sanity to just set up a car service. Attraction to skip: Atlantis museum

The place was along the water and there was a nice sunset view. It was very clean and homey. The view and location were ideal for a tourist. The host was very kind, welcoming and understanding especially with accommodations.
