Oia, Santorini-Luxury home that will fill your heart with iconic sunsets from your patio!

I visit Santorini one year ago and told myself this is where I want to be to watch the sunset next time I'm in Santorini. This year here I am, it's the best of best location to watch the most iconic sunsets in the world. The home is beautifully designed, decorated and comes with pure luxury. The patio was my favorite area to sip wine & enjoy a magnificent sunset each night. Location didn't fail me. A must place to stay when in Oia, Santorini.

I didn't like to have to check out so early. I'll be back!!!

It is good for what it is. A place to stay with a good view. It’s it a luxury resort but l liked it

It was a house not a hotel. It had a great little patio outside to watch the sunset with friends. The view from the house and the patio were outstanding. They gave you a bottle of white wine. It had 2 bedrooms. It was quiet even though a good location for sunset near a bar and an ATM machine. The owner was very nice to deal with.

Be aware there are 2 houses and you should be careful to understand that the one I liked and stayed in was the one with the view of the caldera. The other house my friends stayed in was the one advertised in pictures with the pretty flowers but that one I probably would not want to stay at. It does not have a good caldera view. It unfortunately has a view of a construction site that was pretty bad. They were not happy with that house. Just be aware as it is not clear what’s what in the pictures.

Pros: Views are SPECTACULAR! Location is unbeatable—perfect for sunsets, lounging on the front area, accessible to all the major sites/shopping/restaurants in Oia without all the crushing crowds lurking. Picked up from drop-off point and assisted with luggage to property. Short walk from parking. Clean, surprisingly spacious, hot water, small functional kitchen, welcome wine (went well with the sunset), comfortable beds and lux amenities. Great communication prior, during and after stay. Luggage assistance after checkout topped off a perfect stay. Best perk was a detailed laminated map of recommended places outlined and free parking locations noted. Made our time in Oia more efficient. Lastly, it’s VERY CHALLENGING to find any accommodations on Santorini (or Greece) that can comfortably sleep four grown people. We were a family of three (teenage son that is usually considered an adult when booking). We appreciated not having to book a suit or two rooms. Thank you for offering this option! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Cons: This property is not remotely ADA friendly. Even the stairs leading up to the property are without rails (buts that’s found everywhere in Santorini). However the extra tall step in/out of the WC/toilet/bathroom is a bit dangerous without anything to grab if you misjudge it. Found this out the hard way in the middle of the night. Maybe add a middle step, handle or stabilize the unlevel shelves with breakables on it next to the stairs. Other con is the second bedroom is on the other side of the master bedroom. If you have children or friends sleeping in the second bedroom, they have to walk through the master bedroom. It’s a privacy issue you should know before booking. We didn’t have an issue with this, but some people might.

Evilio house is a great place to stay in Oia!

Our host arranged transportation to us from the airport and met us for the walk to the house. He gave us helpful directions on the way, made dinner reservations for us, and even printed our ferry tickets. The house is on my preferred end of Oia, without the marble sidewalks and overpriced retail stores. The patios were lovely and we had a great stay.

The downstairs bedroom is a bit cramped and there is a ladder to climb to the upstairs bedroom. It was a challenge to go down to the bathroom at night with sore legs from all the Santorini hills and steps!

A highly valuable hotel with excellent location, sunset view and large, comfortable rooms.

Great location, quite but next to the main street. Great sunset view in a private front yard. Large two-bedrooms apartment. Super friendly owner met you at the shuttle and a porter carried luggages to your room, vary convenient and easy. Price is very reasonable in super expensive Santorini and this hotel offers an unbeatable value.

For those who wants a pool, this hotel does not have one. So you choose an expensive hotel with a pool or this one with much higher value for your money.

Can't go wrong with this one!

One of the best spots in Santorini to catch the iconic sunset! Its located in Oia towards the ends of the island so its also not as crowded. But beware this house is soo good looking that you'll constantly find people outside taking pictures of it haha. Our host was amazing! Taking care of all the transportation from/to port, giving us local recommendations for restaurants/ shops. AC worked great! It also has a very spacious rooftop with a table and a lounging area! So you can easily bring some snacks, drinks and just enjoy the sunset without any interruptions. 10/10 would recommend!

The house is perfectly located in the town, close to everything. The rooftop is perfect to have a drink while looking at the sunset. Paris, the owner, is very friendly and take care of everything to make your stay a pleasant time.
