Host met us when we got lost. Oia streets do not flow well with online map problems so can be tricky to walk to property but host is very accommodating if you get lost.
Hot tub needed a little maintenance but host was very responsive and helped us with a solution. If staying here, know the hot tub will take multiple runs of hot water to fill, each run taking 15 minutes to reheat the water. Whole process would take about an hour we estimate. Not a deal breaker but plan accordingly if you want hot water in the hot tub.

The amazing views are the main reason to stay at this cave house. Whilst we did not meet our host Elizabeth personally, she was very quick ro reply to all our questions via WhatsApp. She also provided many restaurant and activity recommendations and organised seamless transfers to and from the airport at a reasonable rate. The cave house had great facilities where we could prepare our own meals in the kitchen and we loved that there was a washing machine.
Due to recent rain, the front door had warped so we were unable to lock it we left the house and at night. We mentioned this to Elizabeth who said she would get this fixed the next day which was our departure day.
Just a suggestion, it would be useful to have some instructions in the apartment on how to use to oven and washing machine as the labels were in Greek and German I think.

Responsive host - Available throught email and whatsapp, responded usually within hours before arrival, upon arrival responded within minutes.
Transport arrangements by host from and back to ferry port - Easy luggage management and communicstion about any delays, no need to figure out address etc. Service was door to door, so that was lovely.
During stay helped us get booked for the catamaran cruise without having to go directly to a bunch of vendors available on-site. It's the same cost and we got a small discount as well. Again communication about time, where to be etc was super clear. Door to door service and having to only talk to our host made it really easy.
Upon checkout we had someone stow away our luggage until our transport to ferry was ready
There were a lot if small issues, each on there own is not a bug deal, but together was not ideal.
1. AC concentration leaking into outdoor balcony meant stepping in water, usually ends up making the place messy and can slip in the dark.
2. Coffee machine had a minor leak, but was functioning well.
3. Flush would run sometimes and had to be flushed again to stop running water
4. Ran out of hot water before filling hit tub, which takes about 40 minutes to fill.
5. Hiit tb pain chipping, was not cleaned very well, but tub worked with ample space around it.
5. Shower sometimes would take multiple times to work if water pressure was low.
