Beautiful space and central location

A lovely apartment/villa in a great location, only 5 mins walking distance to restaurants, shops and the popular spots in Oia. The villa was beautifully styled, fitted out with everything you would need for your stay. Constantino was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Can’t fault Kalyva, definitely staying here for my next trip to Santorini.

Amazing stay at Kalyva

Amazing stay lovely and clean and spacious. Central location with sea views and had everything we needed hosts Constantino and Faye were around most days checking in and offering help for trips and restaurants and organizing excursions they are super helpful and responsive.. We used them for the collection and departure transfers all went very smoothly. 5 Minutes from all the main attractions would recommend the restaurant directly over the road food was excellent and affordable and good sunset views. Supermarket around the corner. We used the terrace a lot which was great to chill and read and watch the world go by. Really great house and location.

Storage was a little limited in the bedrooms, but we managed...roof terrace only had 1 working deck chair but had other seating arrangements, could make a little more of the space.

Beautiful house located in the heart of Oia with amazing views.

We loved everything about this property. I would highly recommend it. The place was very clean and in a great location. The host met us upon our arrival with the keys and explained everything about the area, places to eat, and things to experience. He kept in constant contact with us throughout our stay.

We couldn’t recommend this enough. Faye and Konstantinio were excellent hosts, the property was beautifully presented and in such a great location. It gave us the ability to have peaceful evenings yet still be well positioned to explore Oia.

Excellent!

Kalyva is a gem in the heart of Oia. It is THE place to stay if you want a perfect experience of Oia. It is impeccably clean and tastefully furnished to provide every guest a most comfortable and safe stay. Konstantino and Faye personally attended to all our needs and would thoughtfully check on us from time to time. Communication was smooth and we really appreciate their kindness in helping us with our luggage as my friend,Jo, had a bum knee. Thank you very much, Konstantino and Faye for a most memorable stay!!!

Excellent stay in Santorini. Wonderful hosts and perfect apartment for our family of 5.

We loved the location of the home. Close enough to reach the shops and restaurants within minutes, but just far enough that noise wasn’t an issue. Our hosts were lovely and even arranged transfers for us to and from the home. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Overall great stay.

Amazing hosts, fantastic appartment, great location ….just perfect!!

Konstantino and Faye were absolutely amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time in Santorini. Their restaurant recommendations for breakfast, lunch and dinner were impressive, they made arrangements for a car hire (dropped off at the apartment), organised a personal custom sunset speedboat trip, made restaurant reservations for us, provided beach towels at request, supplied extra coffee pods when we ran out and even cleaned the apartment during our stay. The apartment is in a perfect location with everything within walking distance. Quaint and beautifully decorated, spotless and super comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here! you will not be disappointed!

Our host Konstantino met us at the property regardless of the time of our late night arrival. He was very helpful and kind. Konstantino and Faye were available whenever we needed them and even helped us with booking tours and sightseeing. They were so sweet and always offered a helping hand whenever we needed them with anything at all! We truly adore this couple. Excellent property, awesome host

The location was excellent. You could drive directly to the property and infact park near it. Though it was on the other side, you could easily walk to the prime location. If you don't want to get stuck in the sunset rush on the other side, there is a cafe across the property to view the sunset. very handy. The property was very neat and comes with all the things required for the stay. The host was excellent - he guided the uber and in fact met us in the town before our check-in time. He was very kind to store our luggage in his car and personally drop it in the room. Otherwise it would be difficult for you. He was very approachable and lived near the property and always available to assist. I was bit apprehensive to stay in non-hotel in foregin country but the host made it so easily and comfortable. I will recommend this place 100%

An exquisite experience of a cycladic house with modern amenities and

The house gives a chance to feel the real cycladic lifestyle and yet is equipped in a modern way, very clean and everything works, which I find rare in historical property. Also, it is very close to the center of Caldera and great restaurants and views. The host is always helpful and kind, I really appreciated the smooth check-in and a customer-centered, service-minded attitude.

I worked from Oia for a couple of days and this was perfect for what i needed. The house was in a great location, with a lovely terrace looking out towards Paros. The house was lovely and stocked with everything you'd need. Such a lovely traditional house.

The only complaint was that the aircon broke, but the host was quick to support and provide a fan.

Our stay in Oia was wonderful and unbeatable! The apartment was very nice, beautiful, super clean, comfortable, cozy and the location was perfect. There was a lovely terrace with sea view. Super price-quality ratio, actually it exceeded our expectations. Moreover, the hosts Faye and Konstantino were super nice, they recommended us very good places to eat and visit in Santorini and other islands as well, which was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner Konstantino was very nice and very good with communication of our arrival and very helpful if we needed dinner reservations. The house was comfortable and clean. Location was a 5 minute walk to the heart of Oia.

So we talked with the owner (and booking.com) about this. The listing specifically states that there is “washing machine” and there is NOT one in the unit. Which was upsetting because that was the main reason why I booked this particular home (we were carrying a backpack with 3 days of clothes for a 13 day trip) The owner offered us laundry service, but it was extra out of pocket cost. Also like to note that I’ve just gone back to the house listing on booking.com and the first 5 photos of this listing are not from the unit that we booked. Again inconsistency/incorrect advertising on what is offered. I feel bad that this is my criticism as the house is absolutely fantastic, but again, I would not have booked it in the first place because it didn’t fulfill my family’s needs.

Delightful cozy house in perfect location with fantastic hosts

This traditional house has been recently renovated and is beautifully presented. It’s equipped with everything you might need during your stay (I particularly appreciated the wireless speaker!) and is located just a few paces away from central Oia. Konstantinos and Faye were so kind and helpful and provided lots of great advice and tips for things to do during my stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to other solo travellers or couples.

Constantino foi extremamente solícito, sugerindo passeios, lugares para alimentação, etc. Nos acompanhou em cada passo da viagem garantindo que estava tudo certo e tirando dúvidas. Tivemos um pequeno problema em que veio uma toalha faltando e no mesmo dia ele mesmo passou na acomodação para deixar, além de permitir que deixássemos a mala no local após check-out para que fizessemos um passeio de barco e nos fornecesse toalhas de praia para esse passeio. A casa é uma delícia, muito confortável, charmosa, perto do centro de Oia e um deleite de estar lá. O bairro também parecia seguro. Estadia nota 10.
