Great!

This was a small villa right in the center of Oia, just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. The taxi dropped us off at the bus stop, and we found the villa quickly and easily. The villa had a small courtyard that opens directly onto the tourist street. Inside it was clean, with a slightly humid air, but the air conditioning solved this completely. I would say it’s comfortable for up to 4 people, since there were two double beds in the house. We stayed as a group of three, and overall we really liked it. The courtyard is very Instagram-worthy, a lovely place to have a meal while watching the tourists passing by :)

It was a bit humid and the ceilings were low, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Pleasant and quiet surroundings, centrally located.

The location was perfect - quiet and away from the crowds, yet very quick to get to the central part of Oia. Having breakfast was lovely on the terrace in the morning. The layout of the guesthouse was also very good with separate bedrooms.

There was a lack of cutlery and kitchen utensils - we only had 1 knife, no toaster or microwave, etc. The patio is not private - it is shared with a local family who live next door. Unfortunately, on our last day the cleaner arrived before checkout time and was rude, asking us to leave and walking around the property, while we were still showering and packing up. But she and the host later apologised.

Big apartment at a quiet location near the center of Oia

Quiet location and very close to the center, bus stop, supermarket, and all the important places and sunset spots. Great communication from the owner. Apartment with big, open spaces and very simple and nice design.

Maybe as a consequence of the touristic aspect and demand of Oia, it was a bit expensive. The outdoor patio can also be improved. The couch wasn't so comfortable. Nonetheless, this place has a lot of potential!

PRIME LOCATION just a couple minutes walking to the main road in Oia. The place was very comfortable and super clean. They have all the kitchen appliances and tools that you might need. On the street of this place, there are amazing restaurants, including a family owned with traditional Greek food called Candouni. I totally recommend staying at Villa ArcadOia.

The only small issue we had was an odd smell coming from the bathroom ventilator, but once I informed the host, he said he'd make sure to fix it.

The location is perfect. The villa is very charming The host, Charalampos, tried to please us and make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. He accommodated a very late check-in, bought a new coffee machine for us, arranged a late transfer from the airport and gave us numerous tips and recommendations... A nice guy

入住前屋主就傳訊息告知怎麼進入，但到現場發現庭院外面的大門根本無法開(屋主事前連絡時告知可直接進入)，不幸的是民宿門口又剛好是手機訊號死角，無法聯絡… 走回巷口小商店，尋找當地人幫忙撥打booking上聯絡電話，打了第3、4次才有人接聽，之後提供另一組電話號碼聯繫(不同人)…，從我4點抵達開始試圖聯繫，一直到5點左右屋主終於請到人前來幫忙的確認門的問題（外面庭院大門卡住無法開)，花了一小時等待時間。

イアのバス停から徒歩5分ほどと近い。静かで美しい場所にあり、お部屋は広く落ち着いた雰囲気であった。ベッドルームが1階とメゾネットにあるので、家族連れにも最適だと思う。

エアコンが入り口近くに1台だけなので効きが良くない。シャワーに切り替えると水量が大変少なくなる。
