Incredible views, immaculate apartment, wonderful host!

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Santorini just stop looking now! This is absolutely the most perfect place and the most incredible location. Despite being so central and in the middle of the hustle and bustle it is quiet and peaceful in the apartment and the balconies are private. It’s amazing to sit there and watch the streets below as well as the stunning vast views! Mohamed is just the most wonderful, attentive and caring hosts! He was at the end of my messages before we arrived and organised everything in the apartment that we needed as well as sorting out airport transfer. He was at the end of our messages day and night (not that we bothered him at night!) and by the end of the holiday it felt like he we’d made a true friend. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy indeed. It had everything we needed including the well kitted out kitchenette and lovely smelling shower gel provided too! We have travelled all over the world and this is one of the best places we have stayed and DEFINITELY the best view we have ever had. The shops, mini market, bus station, restaurants and everything you need are just a stones throw away including the doctor and pharmacy just round the corner too. We are missing being there after being back a few days; watching the sun rise over the mountains and sitting having a drink later on in the evening too was just the most indulgent treat! I cannot recommend this place enough! We certainly hope we can return sometime! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts to dear, kind and lovely Mohamed!

Everything. The location is beautiful. It’s in its own private oasis. The host Mohamed was such a delight and very understanding. He was the nicest person we met in Greece.

Down Oia

The location, and the two terraces on each side of the room. It is located at the heart of Oia, between the two blue-domed churches. The views from the terraces are great, and one can click nice photos.

We didn't like anything except the location. The list is endless. But to name a few: 1. The room is small, and does not feel like refreshing inside the room. 2. The beds are not comfy (especially the single bed) 3. A bathroom of size 4ft × 5ft - which houses a basin/sink, a commode seat, and a tiny place for bath (covered by a curtain that touches the commode seat) 4. In the name of a table in the room, there is one wooden plank of size 1ft × 5 ft 5. We have booked 5 properties during our stay in Greece, it is the only property to charge us a security deposit (although returned, a very poor experience) 6. Again, the only property to charge us for changing the towels. 7. Only property to ask us switching off the geyser MCBs (come one geysers have auto cut-off facilities), and the light automatically turns off when we leave the room 8. Only place, where we were without water and light for 1-2 hours (I don't care what the issue was, we have paid for our stay). 9. No amenities as such - no cook top, no washing machine. The kettle, and the dishes/cutlery were smelly. 10. On top of all these, it was the most expensive place we booked (Eur 310 per night !), with smallest window for cancelation (approx 1 month before the stay whereas it was usually 3-4 days for the other apartments) In one sentence, "waste of money" would be an understatement.

Perfect place to stay in the centre of Oia.

Perfect location within yards of two of the famous blue domed churches and next to the main square. Two terraces with one having an amazing caldera view. The apartment was excellent and Mohamed is a fantastic host.

The shower is small but really not a problem.

The location is very near to the bus stop in Oia and the Oia’s city center/church, a lot of cafes and restaurant nearby. The host/hotel manager is very communicative and helpful. The balcony view is unmatched!

A great place to stay in terms of location, value for money and professionalism of its manager, Mohamed.

Location was excellent. Apartment was clean. Good value for money in an expensive place like Santorini.

The bathroom (at least for our room) needs inprovement. The shower area has no enclosure, hence, most of the toilet area gets wet as you shower. This of course is a personal preference.

Central Oia location with an absolutely beautiful view from the terrace.

It is private and well located in the old town of Oia. The host Mohammad was very pleasant and contacted us in advance, giving us relevant information and guiding us to Oia. We felt very welcome with him. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous - the views to the Oia town and Caldera are breathtaking. You can enjoy a peaceful nice dinner up there, taking in the immense view, while the hords of tourists are making their way through the main street. Absolutely beautiful. The room itself was nice and had everything you would need during a short stay.

Maybe the street noises during night disturbed us a bit. The bathroom is quite small. For bigger people it would be tight to wash themselves there.

A slice of paradise!

The property was everything we expected. Our own little cave. The location couldn’t have been any better. Right in the middle of Oia so no matter where we went we were never far from home. We got great value for money and were really well looked after. Mohamed helped us carry our bags up the hill and was always there if we needed anything. Our room was cleaned during our stay and fresh towels were available everyday.

There was nothing not to like.

Staff was really nice, helpfull and went beyond expectations. The apartment is in a perfect location with a breathtaking view. Just book this place!!

The only downside was the shower which is small. However works ok and suited its purpose. We did not cook but it looked like it wasnt that practical.

Oia is really expensive destination, and this place is great place how you can stay in the center of oia for a nice price, room was really cleaned and the owner always helpfull. Even we didn't have the room with balcony and view, we could at least use the terrase upstair next to the reception, and there was a view to church. We were really satisfied and can recommend to other people who want to visit oia enjoy it even they are not millionnaires :)

A better view you cannot find!! The room is big, so is the balcony. Staff super friendly and helpful. Totally recommend it!

Just the bathroom could be a bit bigger but this is not compromising.
