The location was great. They cleaned our apartment every day and I loved that! Highly recommended!
We arrived late at the apartment (our flight was delayed), advice for the owners, I hope they won't be angry (:)) put 1 bottle of water in the refrigerator (tap water is not drinkable).

Staying at Alafouzos Cave House was truly an unforgettable experience. Located right in the center of Oia village, the house offers breathtaking views of the Caldera and the iconic volcano of Santorini—waking up to that view every morning felt like a dream. Just a short walk from the famous Oia Castle, we were able to enjoy the world-renowned Santorini sunset from one of the best spots on the island.
The cave house itself is beautifully maintained, combining traditional charm with modern comforts. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the location is perfect for exploring Oia’s picturesque alleys, shops, and restaurants.
A special thank you to Konstantinos, the owner, and Yannis, our wonderful host, for their warm hospitality and helpful recommendations. They made us feel right at home and ensured everything about our stay was perfect.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the magic of Santorini in style and comfort!

Great location, just a few steps from center of Oia, but not noisy at all.
The A/C in the double bedroom smells bad when working below 22 C, so it’s either freezing cold, or damp moisture smell when working. Definitely needs some updating. The electric appliances are very old too. In general it was not bad for our short stay, but quite uncomfortable for longer ones.
