The view from the private balcony was truly magnificent, both at sunset and during the day, and it made us feel really special. Our host, Timis, the porter, and the room service staff were all very kind and provided excellent service. It would have been even better if the amenities had included a knife and cutting board, but overall, the experience was fantastic.

The rooftop views were amazing. Be careful of slippery floors in bathroom! The cave room experience was really cool, but be prepared that the Wi-Fi is unstable at times.. The host was responsive to my questions and his recommendations were great! The location of our room was minutes away from shopping and great restaurants. Our rooftop view had the best view of caldera.. our group was for 4. Be sure you are aware the the second bedroom is accessed by going up a ladder! May not be suitable for everyone. Also if you are over 6 feet tall, you will need to watch your head!

Timis met us there at 9 pm for checkin. this place is very clean and very unique. Right in the heart where all the shopping and scenery is. We loved it!
