Great location

Yanis is extremely helpful! He met us at the post office and helped us with our luggages to the cave house. He provided detailed information regarding restaurants during our stay. He stopped a few times with supplies. One night during the storm we lost power, he came shortly to resolve the issue. He also helped with our luggages during check out. The location of the house is excellent!

The place needs a microwave. The mattress on the queen bed needs to be replaced. Overall the place is kind of bare.

An excellent host and great stay

The location was great and the view from our cave house was incredible. The concierge who greeted us when we arrived (Sam) was fantastic and communicative and helpful throughout our stay. He made excellent dining recommendations and was easy to reach when necessary. He even arranged our transfers to and from Thira airport. The cave house was clean and essentials were provided. We also really appreciated that we were gifted a large bottle of water and a bottle of wine at arrival.

Though we were day for 2 nights and 1 full day, we had only one roll of toilet paper that we rationed. It would have been nice to have a few present. Aside from this small observation, there was nothing else that we didn't like!

Excellent location. Host was very responsive to our needs. Host would respond immediately if we had a request. The house has gorgeous views of Aegean sea and is very comfortable. We really loved staying at this hotel/house. Close to everything, specifically the stock photo point. Beautiful sunrise and sunset.

Excellent location, cozy villa, has blue doors/windows which resonate with the Santorini blue-white theme, can watch sunrise from balcony, sunset point (castle) is merely 5 min walk, restaurants/ market are only 5 mins walk, view of caldera (sea) is beautiful, Mario and his team were quite helpful, helped us with the luggage and tour bookings.

No bath tub in the balcony - few other villas had warm bath tub/ jacuzzi in the balcony

Poor quality for the price we paid and compared to similar places.

The location was very good but the place was very small and poorly ventilated/a bit mouldy for the price we paid (over 500 dollars per night). The master BR bed was very small. Worst of all, the cleaner didn't come on alternate days as expected/we had to call them due to the garbage that was accumulating. There should be daily cleaning. Some of the lights didn't work. Our friends stayed at Chaledonia nearby and had a bigger, more beautiful apartment with daily cleaning for a lower price.

Cosy cave house in a great location.

We stayed at the end of October 2020. The host arranged the airport transfer for us and met us at the drop off point in Oia (since most of the town is pedestrian only). He helped us carry our luggage and on the short Walk to the property pointed out a few basic directions and how to get around, gave us tips for sunset spots etc. The host was always available on WhatsApp. The cave house is a cute little two bedroom house on the cliff of Oia. Just a few steps away from the Main Street. The bedrooms are small with low doors but that's a standard in Oia. We used the spare room to keep our suitcases in, but there were two single beds that could sleep two kids if family is staying. Shower always had a hot water available. Little kitchen had everything you need. Wifi signal mostly worked fine, apart from a couple of short blackouts. The view from the terrace is beautiful.

Bed was a bit small. But again, considering the size of the cave houses it's expected.

Exceptional

We had a perfect stay in Blu Blanco in September. The apartment - cave is very cosy, romantic, spacious and well furnished. There is also a private terrace with a breathtaking view - simply magnificent. Location is just perfect - only 3-5 minutes to all main touristic attractions in Oia, but still it's not noisy at all. You can enjoy drinks on your private terrace in quiet. The owner is very nice and contact is great. We were offered help with our luggage - it's quite hard to carry bags through a lot of steps. Since there was no reservation on the day we left, we were able to have a late check-out. We left early afternoon. We highly recommend this place. It's better than in a very good hotel with a very resonable price and the view is absolutely amazing, makes the place quite luxurious and stunning! We couldn't dream of a better place for our stay in Oia!

Actually we were shown to a different property upon arrival - the new property was located right off the main street of Oia, which was very convenient to get to anywhere.

The new property which we were shown to appeared to not be in use for a LONG time, there was dust everywhere and a few pieces of broken furniture - we had to do some clean up ourselves before unpacking.
