Incredible, this accomodation made our stay 10 x better.

We had a wonderful stay. The property location and views were incredible. It was even better than the photos. Elizabeth, the host, gave us great recommendations and was very responsive over WhatsApp. Would recommend paying extra for transfers to/from the property, it made our trip much easier and relaxing.

Great host and great place to stay with view and proximity to all tourist attractions

The host Elizabeth was awesome. She arranged transportation for us from the airport for a small fee. Then she met us at the entrance of the Oia village and help carry our luggage to our cottage. She also had the registerator stacked with milk, eggs and bread, which was very helpful. We were traveling with family of four and this was a perfect place to be. The view was splendid and it was besides the famous three domes of Oia. The hot tub was added features which were able to enjoy of the evenings. Overall great place to stay.

EXCELLENT!!

The apartment is situated just down the road from the Acropolis and walking distance to the major attractions. We loved the lively neighbourhood and balcony. The apartment is beautiful and everything we could need was there. The host, Nikos was excellent - communicated well with us and also gave us name of places where we could store our luggage before we could book into the apartment. Will definately book this apartment again.

Essence of Oia.. wonderful.

The location in Oia was truly fabulous. Being a cave house it is small but it had everything you need to enjoy your stay. It had a lovely little pool and sundeck with shaded umbrella. We enjoyed a beverage in the little pool after dinner. We loved the little kitchen and the large fridge, and enjoyed cooking the breakfast provided. Our host was amazing. She makes you feel the expense was worthwhile. She was so helpful in recommendations and booking restaurants and experiences. She helped us with transfers and topped up breakfast food, towels etc as needed. She was really helpful, personable and lovely!!

The unit is very expensive being a cafe house in Oia and is very small so I wouldn’t say it is good value for money.. but if you want this experience and location, it costs! There are steps to get down to Artia Mansion (but we paid €40-45 for transfers so the host made sure we had help with our bags). The bathroom is located through the main bedroom, meaning my 2 children slept on the sofa bed in the living room and had to come through the bedroom if they needed the bathroom in the night or early morning. Also beware low doorway & low shower nozzle. Sadly the little chlorinated pool irritating my son’s sensitive skin. Other than those factors, this little place is amazing.

Spectacular view, great location.

We stayed in a beautiful Santorini style cave and it was a truly unique experience. The location was absolutely stunning with breathtaking view that made every moment feel special. The real highlight was a host Elizabeth, kind, attentive, and genuinely one of the best we have ever encountered. Location is amazing. The cave itself was decent, not luxurious, but had everything you need. Special thanks for the view and amazing hospitality.

Nice location, reasonable rate for the area, cave like feel, good for 2, okay for family

Elizabeth picked us up from the hotel (fee) and brought us to the room. The room was clean and quiet. We loved the cave feel and the boys (age 10 & 12) really liked it. The room itself is really bright and more 'white' than the photos show. The bathroom is super cute. The outdoor patio with umbrella and table is a nice touch and we used that a lot. The 'hot tub' is quite small, so be advised at most 2 adults are fitting in and water slops everywhere. The location is right in the middle of things but not loud at all. Breakfast is 'included' but know it's not a daily made thing but instead some lunch meats, breads, milk, jams, that are given at check-in and stored in the kitchen. It worked for us but I was a bit confused at first, maybe I didn't read the description well enough at booking.

The stray cats are super cute but can be pests and poop everywhere. The hosts came by to clean things up but not until mid-day so breakfast on the porch is kinda a bummer if you are unlucky enough for a cat to have pooped there. This happened to all the places around us not just this one, so it's just luck/unlucky. We had incidents on two of our three days.

Overall amazing place to stay and superior service.

It was also easy! Such great communication - waiting for me at the port / brought my bags down for me and everything was ready for me. The place was spotless. The location was perfection / right below the main thoroughfare and between two of the blue domes. The jacuzzi was great to have (not hot like a hot tub - felt great to cool off ). Then they collected and stored my bags and met me later with my bags in a taxi when it was time for me to go back to the port.

Really minor things when compared to the upsides. The walkway between the tub and the loungers is actually a shared walkway for the room next door so less privacy than expected. Had to stay conscious when in the room people might walk by and look in through the glass door so need to close shutters to dress. Latch on door to patio didn’t work so doors would be open if not locked (which I couldn’t do because the room next door might want to come through) - as a result there were a few tourists who wandered down for photo shoots not realizing it was a private space. The loungers are great for lying on your back - but foam/not adjustable so not comfortable to lie on your stomach with your back inverted.

Great Boutique Hotel in Athens.

Excellent boutique hotel. Everything is new and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrived they served us a delicious homemade lemonade in the lobby while we completed the paperwork. Room was very clean, bathroom with shower were excellent and bed was comfortable. Compact and concise. There is an elevator. Breakfast was amazing with your choice of coffee type, basket of fruits, basket of breads and then your choice of one full breakfast item from the menu. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the acropolis and the food we had was good. The name of the hotel matches the lobby, food presentation, and overall artistic vibe of the hotel. I like the authentic Greek vibrant feel of the Psiri neighbourhood with the street art and cafes. It is about a 15 minutes walk to the Acropolis

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at Artia Mansion! The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host Elisampeta was so helpful with recommendations and organising transport and other activities for us. Could not ask for a better host. Would definitely recommend staying at Artia Mansion.

We paid over £500 just for a night because of the location. The place itself is not £500 worth it. It was a special occasion for us, otherwise I wouldn't stay. Also the jacuzzi is hot water and you can't change the temperature. In a hot day it is not pleasant to get into it.

loved the jacuzzi tub outside and the view. AC worked well in family room only.

Beds were horrible! VERY uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom. The two twin beds were not as pictured. One twin bed was a convertible chair that kept rolling so we had to stack our luggage to keep my son’s bed in the proper place. The picture showed two futons. We barely slept and woke up with neck and back pains. The AC worked well in the family room but not in the master bedroom. It was expensive and we expected a much more comfortable stay for the price. I would never stay here again.

There are no words that can describe the beauty of the view from this place, it is clean and comfortable. Elizabeth is also a great hostess in every way possible. She helped us with transportation from the airport, with restaurants, catamaran reservations, and more. Elizabeth is very kind and hospitable. This was our second trip to Santorini booked with Elizabeth, if we ever come back to Oia we would definitely book with her again.

Dream stay

The novelty of staying in a cave house aside, this place had an excellent location within walking distance of all the shops and best view points (for the perfect tourist photograph of Oia). The view from the cave house itself was also very nice, and could be admired from the heated hot tub (an absolute treat for us). Elizabeth and Mateo were the epitome of kind and helpful and gave us a very warm welcome to Santorini: Elizabeth sent us loads of recommendations on what to do and was very quick in responding every time we had questions, and Mateo gave us tips on where to have great sunset views and helped us carry our heavy luggage between our car and the cave house during check in and check out. We also appreciated the shampoo provided (not at all the run of the mill stuff you would ordinarily never slather onto your body).

We had a fabulous time at Artia Mansion! The views from the property cannot be beat! It was very close to shopping and dining and the apartment was beautiful 😍 The manager Elizabeth was incredibly kind, very informative, easy to get in contact with and was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! We loved it and would definitely stay again!

The location was fantastic! The view from our private Jacuzzi was possibly the best on the island!! Mateo and Elizabeth were unbelievably helpful and couldn't do enough for us! Will definitely reccommend!

An amazing holiday apartment with an exceptional view.

WOW what a breathtaking place to stay. The apartment and the balcony were exactly as photographed but even more amazing in real life. Less than a minute away from the busy main street but refreshingly quiet compared to other locations we came across. Elizabeth and Matteo were both very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had everything you could need including an iron, ironing board & many kitchen utensils. Overall we had a great stay in Oia and would love to return.

Amazing suite with slippery floors.

The definite highlight is the service level provided by the host. Not only did the host contact me ahead of time to arrage a transfer from the airport at a decent price, but also they suggested a catamaran cruise which, in hindsight, was an amazing idea. And, for its price, quite a bargain. The suite features a full-size oven, which was also useful to roast some nuts and pita bread. Oia in general has a lot of stray cats around, but i have no cat hair allergies so it was all great for me.

The ceilings are low, but that is to be expected. The floors were unexpectedly slippery, being a clumsy person i fell and hurt myself at least two times. Rubber mats at the bathroom exit and hot tub steps would be a major step towards preventing that. The kitchen had no salt in it. We had to buy our own, and left it in the suite. The electric "grill" present in the suite is absolute garbage, hard to clean and bad at grilling. Might as well throw it away and not waste the space. The kettle did not work, may need a replacement.

Every single thing about it!! The staff was great! met us at the right place and time, shared great information about open places and activities. the property is gorgeous, cozy and very comfortable. The location is perfect, the private hot tub is a charm and the view is absolutely breath taking! I couldn’t have imagined anything better than this! if you see this property available in your price point, don’t hesitate! This is what dreams are made of.

Perfect stay

Perfect Location in the heart of Oia with great views and a lot of privacy. 10/10 Mateo the person on site and Elisabeth for the transfer were very friendly and helpful with the luggage. House was clean and fresh and everything you need is there. On top a late check out was offered without asking. To make it short, perfect stay.

Little things: Fire detector save lives and is not expensive. When i ask a host in this price range for transfer i dont expect the answer to remind him the day before, next time take a note Mr George😉 Fridge needs soon a defrost.

Little piece of paradise

You HAVE to stay at a traditional Oia house when in Santorini; the views and experience is unmatched. This house had fantastic views, it was a close walk to the steps and other attractions; and it was so clean. The bed was so comfortable and the AC worked super on really hot days. The hot tub was very clean along with the rest of the property!
