About this villa rental
This luxurious cave house is 80m2 (124.000sqft) and consists of a central open-plan living room and dining room that includes two sofas (one of the sofas can be used as a comfortable single bed), TV set with cable, DVD player and radio/CD player.
The kitchen is located on the same floor and has all the required amenities to make you feel at home, you will find a medium sized fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker and you can even make mojitos by picking on the Mint and ice found at the terrace. On the same floor, there is a bathroom (inc. washing machine) which was carefully created by forging cement in blue shade reflecting the colours of the Greek sky and the Aegean waters.
On the upper floor we have 2 bedrooms and a WC with a shower. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a closet, desk and a TV. The second room has two single beds which can be joined together if required to make a queen sized bed.

This beautiful unit is clean, well-kept, and loaded with charm! Most of all, it is SO convenient! Shops, restaurants, sunset viewing, hiking, taxi service-all right out your door! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Everything was incredible. From the communication, to the suggestions, to Yianni and John hauling our luggage from the car through the village; up and down many steps and dodging tourists all the way; round trip. The apartment was exactly as shown. The property was clean. The beds were very comfortable. 2 showers came in handy for my family of 5. We took a catamaran trip which was amazing through Vista Yachting. We went to the black beach at Perissa and laid and ate at the A is Atkian. So great. Thank you thank you thank you. It was everything and more!

Stunning views and lovely cave home. We will certainly be back. Hosts were very kind and accommodating as well.
Highly recommend a boat tour of the Caldera.

Great central location in Oia with sunset view without having to deal too much with the crowds. House was clean and more than enough room for the two of us! Mr. Sam was extremely helpful getting us to our house and offering suggestions on where to eat.
Uber ride to Fira was only 36€ and from Oia to Perissa 52€.
