Fantastic stay, no notes, loved every moment!

Everything was great. For anyone wondering most of the steps down are very easy, but the last roughly 20-30 steps are very difficult. Definitely request the Porter when offered to help with your things. In total there are roughly 50-60 steps down to this Airbnb. You could get to the interesting levels with shops in about 2 mins.

Absolute gem!

Blessed Blue Cave Villa is an amazing property with spectacular views. The staff, Elisampeta and her family helped us with everything, organising to book restaurants, airport connections and rental car. Our family enjoyed “Wine O’clock” sitting on the deck looking at the beautiful view of Oia while drinking a crisp Santorini white wine. The little kitchen allowed us to eat home breakfast bought from the local supermarket. The experience is unforgettable.

Everything was perfect! The transfer with George was excellent on both ends. Lazarus was a most gracious and attentive host. Incredible unique experience, exceeded my expectations and created wonderful memories.

Absolutely amazing stay. The view was incredible and it was the perfect setting to sit on the balcony to relax whilst looking at the stunning view. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, he provided recommendations, help with bags, help organising breakfast to the room and made my birthday so special. The suite itself was so simplistic and cute, and I very much enjoyed being inside as well as on the balcony. Completely worth it however you do have to walk down many steep stairs to reach the suite as it is on the cliff side so if you do not have strong mobility this is not the place for you. Aside from that I would not hesitate to recommend this unique place for anyone looking for a reasonable price with an amazing view point to stay in Oia Santorini!

Loved loved loved would highly recommend

Loved loved loved so glad I booked! + 10/10 for blessed blue. We started getting communication the day before about our stay on what’s app and they were so helpful and caring. From the minute we landed our transport was there and they arranged to carry our bags promptly. Our driver and her husband carried our bags were amazing! We met with our host in town and she was waiting for us and she gave us a whole run down of the town and the apartment. It was so smooth. We LOVED the location yet the quietness of the area. The patio was beautiful! They had wine waiting for us! They had a nice way to order breakfast early to the patio which was great because we love waking to early. The Greek yogurt was delicious! The entire breakfast was actually really good and we ordered it daily. The host helped us coordinate the best cooking class- secret kitchen Santorini!! The owner / manager thanked us for our stay at the end which was really sweet. Our whole experience there was top notch and I would recommend and stay again!

The patio got a bit hot in the summer. There is a big umbrella but hard to get the shade with the angle of sun but not the hotels fault.

Beautiful Blessed Blue in Oia 🤍🤍

We had an amazing time staying at Blessed Blue and we’re so glad we chose to stay here in Oia. Oia is mind blowingly beautiful and picture postcard perfect. The view from Blessed Blue is also fantastic. You feel like you’re in Oia ( which you are ) but since you’re down a lot of steps you don’t have crowds passing by. Oia is lovely , full of gift shops and views. And if you walk a few minutes inland you can find much cheaper places to eat. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and beautiful. With finishing touches that made it an extra special stay. Most of this was completely down to Lazarus who works for Blessed Blue. He helped us find the accommodation and met us in the post office car park ( if you hire a car you can park here for free ) and carried our bags with us. I would note that the steps are steep down to Blessed Blue. But mostly, take Lazarus up on his offer to meet you. You’ll also avoid getting lost this way. In fact a lot of Oia ( & Santorini ) is hilly / steep with lots of steps - really tricky if you had mobility concerns and TRAINERS ARE A MUST - flip flops or sandals will not quite cut it when navigating the steps everywhere on the island. Lazarus kept in touch every day with weather updates, helpful tips, asking if we needed anything and imparting his knowledge of the island , and Oia in particular. You certainly don’t often receive customer service quite like it in the UK. Definitely a much more personal and hands on approach. He even brought us some souvenir gifts as we left and left us some wine, water and fruit on our arrival. If you are thinking of booking Blessed Blue … like I was … just do it. It’s a truly special and beautiful place to stay on such a gem of the island. Thank you Lazarus and the Blessed Blue team.

To be honest, everything is perfect, the view is amazing, location is perfect. Very near to supermarket and nice restaurants. Lazaros was really helpful and nice, you can ask him anything and he will reply to you ASAP. I should stay here longer. The best experience in Oia. Worth the price.

Absolutely brilliant and worth the excellent reviews!

Our stay in Santorini was absolutely incredible and it was made even better with this accommodation. Before we arrived, Lazarus contacted me and arranged taxis to pick us up from the port. In addition, he arranged the porter service which transported our bags down to the cave (which is definitely worth buying as it is really dangerous to do this on your own). The cave itself was absolutely stunning, we were given water, fruit and wine which was in the fridge as well as clean towels each day. It is in an excellent location too as it is a two minute walk from the centre of the town. Lazarus stayed and helped us to arrange what we wanted to do during our stay. He recommended the best place to swim/ go cliff jumping, recommended and booked us a sunset dinner, helped arrange a hire car for us (which was dropped off right by the town) and arranged our taxi back to the port at the end of the stay. He also regularly messaged me to check we were ok, give us recommendations and answer any questions. To top it all off at the end of the stay we were given some souvenir shot glasses which was so sweet. Overall, I cannot recommend this accommodation enough as it made our stay in Santorini so much easier!

From start to finish, I was so thankful that I selected the Blessed Blue Boutique Cave Suite for our stay on Santorini. The location was perfect (I couldn't leave the porch), the accommodation was stylish, intriguing, and comfortable, and everything we needed was considered before I even asked. Without exaggeration, this was easily one of the best choices I've ever made in all my travels around the world.

Lazarus was amazing. He answered loads of questions before and during our stay, and was essentially contactable 24 hours a day. We were very last minute with a car hire decisions, and he made it happen at 10.30pm at night. The welcome wine and fruits were a nice touch, the hotel was equipped with everything you needed, including adapters if you need it. Towels were changed everyday. The bedroom was lovely and beautiful. All in all an excellent stay!

We had such an amazing experience at this location! Lazarus our host/guide was very helpful and thoughtful during our stay. He met us at the local post office to assist us with our luggage and take us to the cave suite. The location was incredible in the heart of Oia, close to the blue dome’s churches and a beautiful view of the Caldera and the Agean sea. At the cave we enjoyed a bottle of local wine, fruits, coffee, and when we left, Lazarus surprised us with parting gifts! We also took advantage of Lazarus knowledge of the island to take us on a vineyard tour where we enjoyed authentic & volcanic wines. He also took us to a wonderful restaurant @ Pyrgos to enjoy the local food and wine. We learned so much about the island with Lazarus and gave us a different perspective that we felt almost like locals at the end of our stay. Even after moving from Oia to Imerovigli he kept helping us and giving us information on what to do and visit! Absolutely spectacular

I love the balcony view facing the Aegean sea and one of the most popular palm tree in Oia. The fruits, wines and juices that were included was also quite nice, and the host sent us a lot of information regarding how to travel around Santorini and the must see sights (plus the seafood store that he recommended my husband to visit which he loved). We would most likely stay again in the future.

Absolute heaven! 10 out of 10!

From the moment we were met by Lazarus to the moment we left and Lazarus presented us with a bottle of local wine and some other parting gifts, everything was perfect. The location of Blessed Blue Cave Suite and the suite itself were perfect! It was vey windy when we arrived but the caves position in the hillside pretexts us from the wind. The location in the heart of Oia’s old town was perfect with views of the famous blue dome churches and the beautiful Caldera and Ageon Sea. Our hosts were just wonderful. We cannot fault anything about our stay. We will definitely return and would urge anyone considering Blessed Blue as a place to stay to book it! It’s been magical.

A very special cave on a very special island

The Blessed Blue is a picture perfect cave in a fabulous setting in the lower part of the caldera of the old area of Oia. Sitting on the terrace you can watch the crowds above you, but very few make it down as far as the cave so it is comparatively quiet. Inside, the cave is beautifully styled and very comfortable. The cooking facilities available - two electric hobs and a small fridge - allowed us to prepare our own meals and eat on the terrace. Outside the terrace gets the morning sun and is wonderfully shady in the afternoon. In the evening, it gives you a chance to sit, with a glass of wine, in a warm, romantic setting. Lazarus, our host, was exceptional in helping us make the most of our stay on the island. He arranged a great wine tasting afternoon concluding at a lovely restaurant and was always on hand with suggestions.

Everything was very clean and Covid safe. Had been a little nervous about a cave-type place, but it was very comfortable and nice and bright. Location was spectacular! Fun to be in the original part of Oia. Lazarus was perfect in every way—welcoming, helpful, nice, and informative. Loved everything about the stay!

Amazing experience

Our stay at the cave suite was truly amazing! The hosts are simply wonderful, the most amazing hosts we could have wished for - we were sooo lucky! They met us in the centre and showed us the way to the suite. They took the time and explained us absolutely everything we needed to know about the island and even booked for us dinners, boat experiences etc. This came in very handy as not all the restaurants were open when we visited Santorini. The cave suite is very well located with an amazing view of the town and the sea. It is beautifully decorated with lovely touches everywhere. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom comes with all the amenities needed. Will definitely visit again! 👌

Blessed Blue. I have had a blast.

The suite is simply stunning! Everything within every little detail is well arranged and beautiful. The pictures in the description may seem „photoshoped“ - but they aren’t. It is that amazing! :) The (sunrise) view from the terrace is amazing. You will have shade on the terrace in the afternoon, so you can find your personal quiet break, even in busy Oia. The manager of the suite - Lazarus, is super professional, polite and always there to help or give recommendations. He made the Blessed Blue even more special with his personality!

Nothin, except one little thing - the fridge sometimes is a little bit loud at night. But that’s just because everything around is so quiet, what’s awesome! :) And if there is enough Santorini wine in it, it’s worth it, having a fridge! ☺️

Ontzettende mooie locatie, mooi terras waar je ‘s avonds heerlijk kunt zitten. In de ochtend is het terras warm, maar in de loop van de ochtend krijg je schaduw van een palmboom, terwijl de andere huisjes nog in de brandende zon zitten. De host is fantastisch, geeft direct antwoord en ze regelen van alles, appartement schoonmaken, nieuwe handdoeken, koffie, bootreis, taxi, etc. Op de terugweg in de taxi nog een heel lief afscheidscadeautje ontvangen.

Melhor localização de Santorini, foi uma delícia dormir e acordar todos os dias com uma vista magnífica das casinhas brancas de Oia. O quarto era completo e muito confortável, tínhamos uma varanda perfeita. O atendimento do anfitrião foi maravilhoso, ele fez de tudo para nos deixar confortáveis e facilitar nossa estadia, organizando passeios, com dicas de restaurantes etc. O rapaz que fez nosso transfer de chegada, a partir do aeroporto, e retorno, para o porto, também foi muito gentil e simpático.
