Amazing stay right in the middle of Oia!

Beautiful design and so cozy! We loved the hot tub and how luxurious the place felt. It also had so much room and great amenities like the small kitchenette. The location was also perfect as its right off the main strip of Oia but still quiet for a good night’s rest

Slight sewage smell and tiny flies in the bathroom but we used the air freshener provided and it did the trick. Still enjoyed the property

A spacious, clean, and well-located stay with a great host and a private jacuzzi to top it off.

The room, bathroom, and lounge area were all very spacious — perfect for our group of three. Having our own private jacuzzi was a real highlight and such a great way to relax. The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything. The host was very responsive and even helped us organise taxis to and from the airport. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable.

Honestly, nothing major — we really enjoyed our stay. Access to a pool would have been great, I think some rooms had them, but naturally they’d be at a different price range :)

Very spacious, beautiful authentic cave style design. Ample kitchen space. They could provide more than 2 of everything so you don’t have to wash after every use.

The pool cleaner entered the property on more than occasion while we were in the room without knocking or asking to enter. He just arrived in our private courtyard! The hot tub had some plastic floating in it and a few hairs - it could have been cleaned better. Otherwise a great added feature to have. Would be even nicer if it a had cool temperature setting for the sweltering Greek summers

This stay was a disaster and I’m currently still trying to recover my payment after not having spent I’ve night here.

The location

The property looked ok when we arrived, smaller than in the pictures but still ok, however after some initial minor annoyances such as the time it took to get cable tv connected by the property owner, it soon became apparent there was a blockage in the sewer. The bathroom has a shared ceiling with the bedroom and had a distinct sewer smell after I had a shower. The owner tried to rectify this very late in our first evening there. We returned from dinner and immediately new we could not sleep there. Tgr owner tried to address the issue but this just made the smell worse so we had to leave our belongings there and spend the night in his other property. The next day when we returned the smell seemed to be better as there was additional “cleaning” undertaken in the morning. However when we turned on the bathroom tap it was clear the problem was still there- the smell was still there, it had just been temporarily masked. We decided to cut our losses and stay somewhere else rather than continue dealing with this issue in our holiday. Despite our request for a refund for the two nights we paid for and did not stay there, we’ve not had a response and have since been forced to refer this to Booking.com

Noisy! Being so centrally located in a very busy and crowded Oia, there was chatter, scooter noise and nightlife echoes day and night. Location did get quiet from about 1-7 am

X2 stains on bed sheets first night of stay. Had to consider finding another hotel for the night or sleep on the couch. Would have liked a refund for the night as our stay was disrupted by this.

Cool accommodation in a great location

Cool (in more ways than one) cave-like air-conditioned accommodation in a great location. Just two minutes from the main run of shops and restaurants. Comfortable and clean. Heated plunge pool/jacuzzi ideal for an early evening dip after doing not very much during the day. Friendly staff (daily clean and pool check).

No storage except for a few coat hangers. Had to live out of suitcases for the week.

We loved the accomodation and little spa attached. Location was amazing, staff were very helpful. Staff also arranged an airport transfer on short notice which was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic location right in the center of Oia, a short walk to viewpoints, restaurants and the bus stop. The apartment is beautifully decorated and looks just like the photos. Very big and comfortable bed. Great hot tub!

Staff were super friendly and very helpful, ordering a taxi and answering any questions. They only have a few reviews as they only opened in August but would recommend a stay here! Great location right in the middle of the town but quiet enough at night. Near the bus station and lovely places to eat within a 5 min walk. Had everything we needed- small equipped kitchen, private jacuzzi, towels, toiletries and an outdoor terrace.
