Amazing apartment in a great area, however needs hot water and blinds fixed

Nice modern apartment in a great area, great host too. Has everything you need within short distance, also good to stay if visiting central Brussels.

No blinds so had to wake up at sunrise. Hot water also inconsistent in the shower, switching between hot and cold every few seconds. We also noticed that All door handles were also coming off on almost most doors upon arrival

Sehr laut , hellhörig , dreckig und vieles kaput und funktionsfähig

Eigentlich gar nichts ! Die Wohnung ist überteuert für das was sie bietet ! Die Wände waren so dünn wie Pappe man hat die Nachbarn nebenan gehört . Die haben dort gefeiert zur 8 Menschen . Bis 02uhr morgens waren die am schreien am tanzen mit laute Musik . Meine 4kindern und ich und mein Mann konnten nicht schlafen. Wir müssten am nächste Tag um 6uhr morgens aufstehen und haben kaum geschlafen . Außerdem waren die Bettwäsche mit großen Flecken und Haaren waren auch drauf . Die Fenster waren kaput . Es gab dünne Gardinen die kaput waren . Der Boden war schmutzig. Die Schränken waren kaputt . Die Bettwäsche von meine Töchtern hat nach pipi gerochen . Der Schlafcouch hatte überall Flecken .

Très déçue

La facilité pour récupérer les clés et l emplacement

Cet appartement c'est de la poudre aux yeux il est beau sur les photos mais tout le mobilier est bancal. Mes chaises perdent leurs vis, les tiroirs des meubles de salles de bain sont de travers. Nous étions 5 mais seulement 4 places dans les lits et aussi à table.... ne parlons pas du manque d équipement de la cuisine il n y avait que 4 fourchettes.... aussi les rideaux qui sont mal installés ne sont pas occultant donc il fait très chaud mais pas de souci vous aurez des ventilateurs en kit. Je suis très déçue, c'est dommage car cet appartement a tout pour être bien

Peit bémol, pas de rideaux occultant pour la nuit et bruit : avions qui atterrissent et décollent + travaux de rénovation de l appartement du dessous

Tudo foi ótimo., tinha maquina de café, tinha café, tinha pratos, roupa de cama, boas camas, forno novo, Microondas novo, maquina de lavar loiça nova. tinha um loja de alimentos em frente, e supermercados relativamente perto.

O problema da localização do apartamento é o estacionamento, não é nada fácil estacionar naquela zona.

Gut und preiswert für eine Nacht mit mehreren Personen.

Sehr neues und großes Appartment mit gutem Badezimmer. Küche mit Wasserflaschen und Kaffee und Tee. Sehr gute Lage zur Expo mit gratis Parkmöglichkeiten. Bäckerei sehr nah und gut.

Es gab keine Gardinen zum Verdunkeln des Raums, keine Rollos. Das ganze Appartment roch intensiv nach Chlor. Manche Räume waren sehr hellhörig wegen dünner Wände. Es gab nur eine Lampe im Schlafzimmer (keine Nachttischlampe). Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert (zu kompliziert über Internet). Der Aufzug war verdreckt und roch nach Urin.

Alles was perfect, alleen verduisterende gordijnen bij de slaapplekken zou het helemaal compleet gemaakt hebben

Un très bon week-end

Appartement neuf, bien équipé avec des grands espaces. Commerces à proximité (pharmacie, épicerie et restaurants). Literie confortable. Facilité d'accès grâce aux boîtes à clés. Appartement proche de l'ING arena et de l'atomium. (Moins de 10 minutes en voiture) Grandes baies vitrées agréables dans une des chambres, la cuisine et le salon mais sans volets ni rideaux ce qui est problématique pour la nuit.
