Location was very good, the hotel was easy to find, well signposted and handy from the motorway. Great views. Hotel food and service were excellent, great value for money. Our grandsons loved the pods and the play area, they didn't want to leave. The pods were clean and comfortable and we all slept well The singer and karaoke were a bonus.

Pods need a bit of tlc inside and on the decking, some of the wood looked a bit rotten. We had to leave at 08:30 for our grandson's football tournament nearby, the hotel was locked so could not hand in keys. Also had we wanted breakfast we would have been disappointed.

Location in a scenic spot. Pub looks lovely but due to day we went (Sunday) they only had limited food and most was sold out, they offered kids meals for our daughter which was nice but we opted to eat off site, but it looked great. Toilet area was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The lady who checked us in was nice and friendly.

The pod wasn’t fully clean, lots of hair on floor, outside of kettle covered in dirty marks, the bed didn’t look like fresh bedsheets, it genuinely appeared like someone had slept in it, I appreciate it’s an awkward set up to make the bed but the sheets felt used and had no fresh smell or feel. we were also using the sofa bed and the bedding for that was under the sofa and again didn’t appear fresh the pillows had hairs on them we put our clothing over the top of the pillows to sleep. They need a huge deep clean. The wood in the shower I’m is rotten and crumbling, the decking is also rotten and needs an overhaul. They don’t open for breakfast or up for you to drop the key in.
