Beautiful location and very friendly owners.
A little tight at the entrance to get our huge disabled accessible vehicle in but every other vehicle it would be fine for xx

Location was ideal for us, being close to the people we were visiting.
It would also be easy to get to the nearest shop and to Lancaster.
Loved the peace and quiet and the rural views.

Felt & looked very tired/ old / dirty.
Thick dust everywhere/ cobwebs, bedding wasn't fresh, old worn towels, hairs & crumbs under cushions on sofa, net curtains mouldy & had dead flies on.
