Fabulous property, it was bigger than I imagined from seeing the photos- it was great for two couples as both bedrooms were a lovely size and had beautiful en suites - the furnishings are gorgeous- the location is fantastic for both The Lakes and Morecambe or Lancaster - it was lovely and clean and parking was right next to the front door - good instructions come for finding the property which is tucked away behind the farmhouse belonging to the owner. There is also a 3 bed property attached called The Hay Loft and if you were lucky enough to find them both available at the same time it would be a great place for a family get together. I will definitely book again next time we visit the Lakes!

Very comfortable. Great facilities, well equipped. Great location for exploring. Very quiet & peaceful. Loved every minute.

The property was new and well refurbished. Cosy and warm. In the kitchen we found everything we needed.Very clean inside. We had a wonderful time there and definitely recommended it to everyone.
