The kettle didn’t work and within 10 minutes Jason had brought us a new one. We also struggled with operating the dvd and again the response was super quick. Really great host. Thanks very much

The property was perfectly located: just a very short walk to the Morecambe Poetry Festival venues, very near to the town centre and the beach is literally across the road. Off road free parking opposite the property. The accommodation was incredibly clean and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Jason was a fabulous host - friendly, polite and helpful. THANK YOU!
The only issue we had was with the shower. It was clean, warm and sufficiently powerful, but the shower frequently fell out of its holder sending water beyond the shower curtain!

Location was good and very easy to find
Host friendly even helping to carry in our luggage after we arrived and parked and Jason arrived to let us in about 25 minutes later.
We left some items in error and Jason kindly posted them back to us.
Property clean although definitely in need of come updating. the kitchen looked like a poltergeist had visited. no sooner did you close the cupboards but turn around and they're all open again.
Sheer drop down the spiral staircase - had to block off so the dogs didn't fall.
Terrace could do with a clean
Host has favorites / regulars so parking is a joke. I was told to park in public car park which I wasn't happy about at all then advised an area I could park. I arrived with the shopping and parked outside the door in an open space because the bags were heavy and was called within 2 minutes of walking in to move it, called again another day to tell me to park further in a specified space then called again to park even further away on another day. We got to the point we thought about just leaving on the Wednesday we were made to feel so unwelcome.
The beach is horrible on the dogs side.
Really needs a light outside the apartment door. Mum nearly fell down several times and even the dogs couldn't see the step down and had to be lift her down.
