The apartment was lovely, we had everything we needed, comfy bed, comfy pillows and lovely setting. The only thing we could have done with were kitchen tongs, also the freezer was unusable due to frost.

Very close to the promenade/restaurants/shops.
Lovely warm apartment with everything you need.
Could do with a slightly larger sofa.
Need an external light near the front door.
Maybe a lamp in the lounge rather than having the main lights on.

Flat 2 is the first downstairs flat in the property. It was clean, well decorated, with good lighting and opening windows providing some ventilation. It had a well equipped kitchenette area, a large modern walk-in shower and a comfortable double bed.
Sadly there were a number of things that we didn't like. The hallway had a strong smell of cannabis when we came back from an evening out on Day 1. The room was noisy when other guests were talking, whilst smoking immediately outside the window. There was very little privacy without fully closing the blinds as the room was at street level. The bathroom was very cramped with the toilet almost touching the shower screen. The worst part was that the area around the property was horrible with littered bottles and cans everywhere. Some nearby properties were either empty or had towels and blankets hanging in place of curtains. When we went out of the morning of Day 2 there was human excrement at the front of the property and a pool of dried blood from an assault that had happened during the night (which had woken us at around 12.40am). To top it all we watched one of the female neighbours swigging drops of alcohol from bottles and cans that had been thrown away in the recycle bins.
