The location
Didn't have a tin opener, towels could of been bath towels. My bed was comfy , would stay again, lovely to spend time with family and chilled

Lovely comfortable house. Really easy to walk into Lancaster
The fire alarm wasn’t working properly this was out of the control of the owner but it meant we left early on check out as the alarm wouldn’t stop.

Good layout clean, comfy, warm. Easy walk to town and station. Value for money would come back.
Few items needed checking, dirty bath mat, bean bag in living room needs binning!!

No toilet rolls...the washer didn't work...and once reported to the owner...lip service saying she will try and sort it(i now know she already knew the washer wasnt working as the housekeeper had reported it to her previously a while ago🤔?....also the hot tub wasnt plugged in properly this meaning remained freezing cold(that was the main reason we booked it...couldnt get it fixed the following day but hey ho🙄...had a chat with owner the following day on phone which got heated at some points from us both but I think we were both rough from previous night and timing wasnt great...it is a great house..but had some bad luck...I'm still waiting on an offer of compensation from the owner but nothing as yet....originally I asked for 1 night refund but refused blankly!!....I'd be happy if she offered a free complimentary stay for 2nights in the future excluding peak times rather than monetary but hot tub heated before arrival🙄
