Stunning caravan but location and park site were disappointing.

Caravan is absolutely beautiful, spacious, lots of lovely welcoming touches.

Really disappointed to discover entertainment and swimming on ParkDean site weren't included in price and unfortunately the additional cost was outside of our budget. Caravan is opposite football court and there was a lot of noise from groups playing with colourful language and constant sound of balls hitting the sides of the court. The site is overlooked by an imposing nuclear power plant and the beach is accessible but is not family friendly due to safety concerns of quicksand and riptides, this was also disappointing for my family.

It was the most gorgeous caravan ive ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless. Had everything we needed. Perfect location right next to kids playground, club, restaurant, arcades, swimming pool and shop. Smart tv with netflix etc and same in main bedroom. Owners so lovely and provided towels, bedding, tea, coffee, toiletries everything you could think of, so friendly and helpful and cakes when we arrived kids were made up. Brilliant price worth every penny would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

The caravan is equipped with everything you need and the owners provide everything from towels, toilet rolls, shampoo etc to tea, coffee and a variety of condiments. It’s comfortable and homely with a nice outdoor area. The walk by the sea is beautiful

It is starting to become tired. Some furniture is shabby and needs replacing and it needs a deep clean. The cleaner isn’t doing the best job. The park was closed too unfortunately due to a fire. No leisure facilities so my children had nothing to do.

Heating system was not appropriate as it was main switch triped down three time when we switch on all the heaters, and almost an hour we have to wain in the cold room

Nicks and Carmels caravan feels like home from home. It's exceptional, clean, and equipped. The communication between parties is above and beyond. Location on site is central and would recommend.

the only thing we didn’t like was it’s location on the site it was too near to the park and entertainment centre so was noisy at nighttime .

Amazing caravan, but too close (for us) to the noisey entertainment centre

The caravan was immaculate amd very comfy (I cannot stress that enough) and Carmel and Nick were very attentive hosts!! Beautiful sunsets and beach / coast just a 2 minute walk away!!

The park being so close was great for us having young children, however the park is right next to the entertainment centre and it was a little loud for us but thats just our preference due to one of us being unwell with chemotherapy and us ideally needing a more quiet break - for some it would be perfect though!!!

Perfect host and holiday

Well what can I say I told them it was my girlfriends birthday on arrival and we arrived to a birthday card banners balloons cake. Nothing was to much to ask for they was amazing and the caravan itself was very nice clean and had everything you would need at home to feed and entertain your family at home. Already booked for next year.

The hosts were easily contacted, and very helpful. The caravan was clean and homely with cleaning supplies and tea/coffee facilities provided. Fresh towels and linen where provided along with additional touches like hand soap and shower gel.

It was quite difficult to locate the caravan once inside the park.

The property is exceptional but it can be a little noisy late at night. Great if you’re a night owl but not so go if you want a cosy night in.
