Check in was easy we got there early which didnt turn out to be a problem
There was water supplied on the landing due to the high temperatures
The seagulls nest which was outside our window but this had nothing to do with the property

Eric and Donna were lovely, nothing too much trouble.
Room lovely and clean, plenty of tea and coffee provided.
Only gripe could be wet towels not taken away.

Spacious and good location
If the nice communal had coffee/tea making facilities rather than the rooms it would provide a reason to use the space which were always empty

Quiet building. Wonderful tea making facilities with plenty of everything you need. Wonderful little touches ie travel toothbrush/paste etc in bath..."
