Easy to find

Next time I’ll bring a detective kit — seems guests are expected to solve the property’s pre-existing stains instead of enjoy their stay…. The company wasn’t too happy that our airport lost item was dropped at their property and I didn’t tip them…they then claimed we wrecked the place. Outlandish claims of clean covers but stained mattress. I’ll post the photos of horror we left behind—every single one they had. These claims are completely false and appear to be an attempt to extort money outside of the booking platform. I have screenshots of the entire message exchange, and the host’s photos they used as evidence if anyone wants proof—or their phone number. Evidence summary: • Towel (claimed hair dye): Only a faint, patchy pink tint — clearly detergent or color transfer from prior laundering, not fresh dye. No concentrated pigment, no residue. • Mattress (claimed new stain): The mark is brown/yellow, clearly an old water stain embedded in the fabric. It’s aged and uneven, not a new spill. • Hair in sink: Brown hair, not dyed. No color residue anywhere — this is normal housekeeping cleanup, not damage. • Floor marks: The photos show straight, parallel lines by the front door, clearly from where their own mat or rug sat long-term. These are pressure or fading marks, not new damage. • Pre-existing wear: Curtains and floors show old water damage and discoloration unrelated to my stay. Host behavior: • Demanded personal bank transfer outside Booking.com (breach of policy). • Sent harassing and threatening messages, escalating the amount from £150 to £200. • Provided inconsistent explanations and close-up shots of pre-existing issues.

The property was ok the beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable it’s advertised as feee WiFi there is a WiFi box but the host didn’t too it up so we used the resorts free WiFi which lags because of all the users in the site. The bed sheets had hair on them so we had to put the bedsheets inside out overall it’s a great location but not in this caravan the garden furniture was broken there was no lights bulbs in the wall lights in the bedroom which is common sense and finally the host is very unprofessional this looks to me a first time host as her or his attitude towards leaving property state what is the point of hiring this caravan when u have to clean up and leave the property the state the guests get it so what’s the point if a holiday. My daughter unfortunately caught a bug in that caravan she has been violating being sick so I would advice any parents to about his bio hazard caravan THIS HOST HAS SUPPILED ME WITH HER CLEARNER NAME SORT CODE ACCOUNT NUMBER TO Transfer MONEY TO HER OR ELSE AHE WILL APPLY FOR 100 DEPOSIT FROM BOOKING.COM SHE HAS ALSO BROKE THE LAW BY SUPPLYING THESE BANK DETAILS TO ME DEMANDING TO TRANSFER THE MONEY I FEEL AS THIS IS A SCAM TO GET EXTRA MONEY SO I RECOMMEND STAY AWAY FEOM THIS PROPERTY

Lovely quiet location. Everything close by and we enjoyed an amazing stay. Caravan was excellently cleaned prior to arrival. Very close to the sea and the weather made it an awesome weekend.

We liked the site the entertainment was good.

The Lodge wasn't clean on arrival the shower had limescale all over it , the toilet seat was broken ,there was only 2 forks in the cutlery drawer for a family of 4,the bedding needed ironed ,the kitchen window wouldn't stay opened it kept shutting ,:there was a rip on the nets in the lounge ,the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly, the cups and glasses looked like they hadn't been washed , the settee was broken at the end had to keep pushing it in , there wasn't any fans even though it said there was, the cooker hobs kept going off also, the pots and pans were rusty so all in all eally didn't enjoy my stay .

Locking the door and going home early:)

Well where do I start,the property was standard nothing special. However the next day when we went to explore after an evening arrival,I found that non of the facilities were open due to a fire that happened in September,The owner failed to mention this,I made a phone call to be met with absolute ignorance,and to be told the £284 I paid was cheaper than usual! If she had had a conversation with me prior and explained I probably wouldn’t have been as bothered but the fact I’ve been lied to and her disgusting response is just not good enough! She will reply no doubt that I was abusive as she has done with every other bad review on here. Absolute terrible way to conduct yourself,I’ve left the caravan cleaner than how I found it and have all evidence to back this up! I was threatened with “good luck” when I said I will be contacting booking.com. She clearly needs the money to be ripping people off. Let’s hope she recognises this and works on not stealing from others. Awful human being

The beds absolutely .... has was the sopping wet outdoor furniture seating wet and mouldy... we left a night early couldn't cope with the bad back from.the beds ... the owner has a bad attitude and will block you if you address the problem with the beds .. Not worth the £344 pound for 3 nights The sofa had staines on the throws and smelt of dog

Moved the bedside cabinet to find biscuits underneath there were no grill pan or oven trays to cook food in the oven The electric went off on site due to a fire at reception rang the owner of the caravan to let her know and still no response to phone call I made we had to get cold showers due to no electric.

Happy relaxing and very good for families

The location the staff at park dene it’s cleanliness and it had a varander to sit and chill on.

The shower didn’t work but was sorted by the owner asap but took the staff to visits to sort it but we just used the pool facilities instead. Also the company eviivo whome collected my fee a month before as agreed took 2 payments out and it took me 3 weeks to get my money returned.

Extremely dissapointing

To be totally honest, we were extremely disappointed. There was not anything that made the caravan likeable.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS PROPERTY The description of the holiday was different to what we got. For example, the description describes bathroom and hot tub. Neither of which were there. When querying this with the owner, their reply was there had not been a hot tub for two years and had never been a bathroom,with no apology for it being advertised but not available. So this had not been updated by the owner on booking .com for two years . This is a clear case of mis-selling against trading standard laws. The cleanliness was disgraceful. As soon as we walked into property, my 8 Yr old son picked up a vape from the middle of the floor. The floor had not been hoovered properly. There were old cobwebs in all the corners, and dusting had clearly not been done for an extended period. There were food stains on all the dining chairs. There were so many pillows on the sofa that you were unable to sit on it comfortably unless all the 14 cushions were put on the floor, making for a trip hazard for anyone moving about the caravan.. these cushions had clearly been put in place to disguise the fact that the central base of the sofa was broken. The freezer still had food from previous guests in it. I feel that there should be some sort of compensation due as I myself had to clean the rooms to a better standard.than, the housekeepers and as the caravan was mis sold. After travelling by car for 5 hours, I looked forward to what had been described as a luxury high standard caravan and stepping into a dirty, dusty, and mis sold caravan ruined our whole holiday. After contacting the owner with my complaints, she has blatantly come up with lies and accusations and has now accused us of urinating over the mattresses and leaving the property in a complete mess . Even though I left it cleaner than when we got there This woman is only up for monetary gain I am in the process of contacting trading standards, the office of consumer rights, and park Dean resorts about this owner/renter

Caravan was lovely and clean, well equipped and the decor was nice. Everything we needed was in the kitchen cupboards. All the sheets and towels we needed were in the caravan , plus spares. We had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend.

The house number sign wasn’t clear. WIFI is soooo bad, can’t get any proper connection. The beach isn’t accessible to swim. Swimming and other facilities need extra fees and not included.

Brilliant stay at 37 Bay View - We would certainly return - Excellent for families

The property was clean and the hosts were great. It exceeded our expectations with things like netflix and a hot water tap to fill up our paddling pool. We noticed the couch in the living room can also be converted into a bed (although we did not do this). The master bedroom has its own toilet and sink. In addition the facilities are great the site has a pool arcade soft play area and outdoor park. We also rented out the go karts to have a good look around the site. The beach is only 10 minutes away and so is happy mount park - which is an excellent day out with children.

Mixed Emotions

Could not fault the property. It was amazing.

It’s a shame about the owners who I found to be rude and extremely unhelpful. We arrived at half 8 at night and had attempted to contact the owners on 30+ occasions as the lockbox did not work. At around 10pm, when the owner finally made contact, we were accused of breaking this lockbox and was asked why we were checking in at 10pm, despite being there an hour and half prior. After the owner being extremely unhelpful and not willing to be apologetic, or see if we had got in the premises okay, the amazing security and reception team at Parkdean helped us eventually get into the property at around half 11. A big thanks to Tom, Anthony and Charlotte! I would recommend the property to anyone, it’s a shame we wouldn’t return due to the owners who need to learn the phrase “the customer is always right”

Superb Caravan mini break

The location was perfect for a mini break close to Lancaster and Morecambe. The caravan was superb, cleaned and comfortable. Quiet location and great views to the sea with a short distance walk. Every morning we took our dog to the rocky beach and we enjoyed our walks. We enjoyed as well the indoor pool and the restaurant/bar.

We couldn´t get everything from the local shop (Nisan) in the resort however at 10 min or less by car there is a COOP also some pubs in that direction. If you fancy some variation from the caravan resort.

Very good

After reading the reviews on this caravan we was not looking forward to our stay here. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised how lovely it was, it just goes to show do not to believe everything you read online. We stayed for 3 nights with our dog and had the best time. There was a couple of stains on furniture but the caravan was clean. It is based on park dean holiday site and the facilities are very good. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

The shower head doesn't stay up when having a shower so that needs fixing. There was a smashed jug inside one of the kitchen cupboards that looked like someone had attempted to glue it back together and I nearly sliced my finger on it. Very dangerous, should have just been binned straight away.
