Apto correcto pero !! CUIDADO con el aparcamiento!!!

Estuvimos una noche y todo estuvo perfecto

Cuidado a la hora de aparcar en los alrededores. Hay aparcamiento de coches habilitados para zona de terraza de bares que no están correctamente señalizados. Al día siguiente por la mañana la grúa nos quiso llevar el coche y nos cobró 40€ por no llevarlo más la multa que nos llegara y que tendremos que reclamar

Llegamos sobre las 22:00 y no tuve problemas en abrir la puerta con el sistema de seguridad de código para coger las llaves. Y también la pizzeria delante es estupenda.

Nuevo, limpio, cómodo, espacioso. Dormitorios aislados de ruidos. Televisión Smart. WiFi. Instrucciones fáciles para encontrar apartamento y llaves con código, barrio tranquilo y agradable. Cafetera nexpreso, toallas extra....

Sin papel de cocina, ni azúcar, sólo dos cápsulas de café. Faltó algún detallito de cortesía.

Totalmente reformado, muy buena comunicación cerca del metro y aparcamiento en la calle. Ibamos por trabajo en la Feria de Valencia asi que poder ir andando está genial. Las camas sin duda lo más cómodo y el baño muy bien

Echamos en falta un espejo en cada habitación ya que al haber solo un baño era lo peor. El sofá es incomodo

Buena opción cercana a la Feria de Valencia

La ubicación es un poco extraña ya que el apartamento está hecho en lo que parece ser un local comercial aunque está muy bien y no hay ruidos a pesar de estar a pie de calle. Se ve bastante nuevo, limpio y cómodo.

El anfitrión es inexistente aunque responden por email a las peticiones. Pienso que es una empresa y no un anfitrión particular.

Íbamos a pasar la noche porque teníamos competición deportiva. El apartamento tenía lo necesario: cocina con electrodomésticos, ventiladores y aire acondicionado y camas cómodas. Buena experiencia.

Fue de un día, no me quedaría una estancia larga, dado el precio y las instalaciones poco cuidadas.

Esta muy bien ubicado

Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas, las paredes machadas y solo tiene una ventana al entrar (poca ventilación). Al entrar olía genial y se notaba que hacía poquito habían limpiado, la lavadora estaba cargada y la secadora también, que eso no queda muy bien a simple vista, pero bueno es lo de menos…. Si no fuera por el precio que me a parecido caro teniendo en cuenta las instalaciones y dimensiones del alojamiento… le hubiera dado mejor puntuación.

Un poco decepcionante

El alojamiento no se encontraba limpio, además dejaron lavadora puesta, el piso estaba con mucho polvo y la casa no olía muy bien. Decir que la puerta de la ducha no se cerraba bien y dejaba unas marcas en el plato de ducha. La puerta no se abría con facilidad.
