Great location, laundry and accommodating host

Location was easily accessible to the subway making it relatively quick to get into central Valencia. Room was spacious and our host was kind enough to allow us to check in late at night due to the timing of our flight. Having access to laundry and a kitchen was also very appreciated.

No hand soap was provided for us so we ended up using the dish soap from the kitchen. Not sure if this was an accident so this may not be the case for all stays. Having a few more pillows on the bed would also be appreciated for comfort!

Really enjoyed our stay here overall. Nice clean apartment with everything you need.

Everything was really clean, good internet, Netflix available, Enrique was really helpful and obliging….even booked us a taxi for early departure so that there was no confusion with interpretation. Further out than we expect but easy to get into town.

This apartment is in a side street, out of town however, only a short walk to the train station to get to the city.

I would choose another place next time

the location is close to the subway station, there are shops nearby

only two large towels are left for the whole week, and two smaller towels that don't dry well, so you have to use wet towels

The location is good and close to 2 metro lines - only thing (which has nothing to do with the apartment itself!) is that these metro lines stop running around 22h. But taxis are cheap.

Great apartment, everything is as advertised. Good reviews are totally deserved.

Metro station is very close to the apartment. It takes only 10 minutes or less to the city center. There is a large public park nearby - made for running. Located in a quiet neighborhood where you can feel local vibe.

No ventilation in bathroom - it gets really steamy when showering. No carpets so beware if staying during winter months (slippers are a must).

Excellent stay

The host was very nice and the apartment had almost everything you needed. The apartment was well equipped, especially the kitchen. Parking spaces were easy to find. The stay was close to both Valencia and the airport, in a quiet neighbourhood.

The apartment had no toiletries, as was mentioned in the description.

Overall the accommodation suited us for this short stay.

Perfect to hop into Valencia by tram or Metro or the industrial park in Paterna and every possible shop on your door step. Parking a 5 minute walk in public car park and further on a private hospital for travel testing.

Shower room lacks any form of heating which was disappointing. If you like to outside in the sun you need a first floor studio

El desayuno no estaba incluido … el apartamento estaba muy chulo limpio y confortable.. bien distribuido en cuestion de cocina recámara baño y lo demás … La ubicación todo cerca …

El servicio al cliente muy pero muy malo… me acusaron de mentiroso puesto q me alojé con mi hijo de 11 años … y hasta me amenazaron en llamarme a la policía por el responsable del apartamento atraves de la persona q me dio las llaves y q es la persona de la limpieza se supusieron q éramos 3 personas y no 2 como yo reservé ….. muy mala experiencia la verdad porque los clientes somos personas dignas y q hacemos el gran esfuerzo de poder alojarnos en sitios donde se nos traten como seres humanos y con mucha educación … en mi caso fui maltratado verbalmente por el responsable q en reiteradas ocasiones me llamó por teléfono para no solo amenazarme con llamarme a la policía sino para faltarme al respeto llamándome mentiroso… sin antes corroborar legítimamente una información en forma de chisme por parte de la persona q me entregó las llaves q por cierto llego más tarde de lo acordado en mi check in … y a como tache en la preguntas por todo lo demás el apartamento es muy bueno… Honestamente creo q el apartamento no hace a los dueños creo q los dueños deberían hacer los apartamentos de renta y alquiler no solo un sitio agradable y bien equipado sino también donde los clientes se sientan en familia seguros y sobretodo q su dignidad y decoro no dependa ni de chismes mal infundados ni de dudas absurdas … para finalizar los instó a tomar cursos de relaciones humanas asi como de normas de etiquetas y protocolo para hacer el tiempo de estancia de sus clientes futuros un sitio lleno de respeto y familiar …

Die Lage ist okay - mit Metro und Tram kann man gut in das Stadtzentrum fahren. Allerdings fand ich den Preis für die Lage und Ausstattung zu hoch. Es ist alles sauber aber auch nichts besonderes.

Szuper elhelyezkedés, és felszerelés, nagy tisztaság

Enrique a szállásadó készséges és nagyon kedves volt. Tiszta és jól felszerelt volt a szállás. Nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedése.

Nekünk kicsit puhább volt a matrac, de ez mindenkinek egyéni. Utcafronti elhelyezkedés miatt a szellőztetés picit macerásabb volt.

Ottima scoperta

Casa pulitissima e molto luminosa, dotata di tutto, lavatrice, cucina molto funzionale con grande frigorifero, aria condizionata. Abbiamo fatto il check-in con Enrique, persona gentilissima che ci ha dato ottimi consigli. Noi siamo venuti in macchina e devo dire che si trova facilmente parcheggio gratuito sia nella via della casa sia nelle vie vicino.

Buen estudio para vacaciones

El estudio es bastante amplio, tiene unas buenas ventanas y entra bastante luz tanto por delante y por detrás. El dueño da una buena impresión y buena explicación del apartamento.

Al final en temporada de verano el problema que hay, es que hay pocos aparcamientos cerca del estudio. Hay un parking cerca pero nada como aparcarte y llevar las compras y las maletas.

Muy confortable!

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento. Había cubertería y ollas para cocinar. Estuvimos muy a gusto y muy cómodas. Al llegar, estaba todo muy limpio. La cama y el sofá son muy cómodos, y al estar en una zona tranquila no hubo mucho ruido. Está céntrico, con todo tipo de servicios al lado.

Había una sartén, pero estaba muy vieja. Estaba rayada y desgastada. Soltaba un poco de partículas. No la pudimos utilizar mucho.

Buen trato con el propietario (muy atento). Buena zona para aparcar y tranquila. Limpieza. Plano del metro en el apartamento (el propietario nos explicó donde estaban las paradas y las líneas que teníamos que coger).

Escalera estrecha para acceder al primer piso.

Alloggio tranquillo utile per la Fiera di Valencia

Bell'alloggio moderno in casa antica ristrutturata. Posto tranquillo e sicuro. Comoda la posizione abbastanza vicina alla fermata della metro. Noi dovevamo andare alla Fiera di Valencia e si è rivelato in posizione strategica.

Tutto bene, magari una maggiore tempestività del proprietario nel fornire la ricevuta di pagamento mi avrebbe fatto piacere.

Guter Komfort und alles, was man braucht

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, modern, geschmackvoll und ausreichend für paar Tage Urlaub ausgestattet. Es ist ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, dennoch extrem nah an einem Bäcker, einem kleinen Supermarkt, der Markthalle sowie einem Park mit Spielplatz und Trainingsmöglichkeiten. Des Weiteren sind die Metro und Straßenbahn fußläufig zu erreichen. Angesichts des Parkplatzproblems in Valencia direkt ist man mit einer Unterkunft in Burjassot wunderbar bedient, da man in kürzester Zeit in Valencia Altstadt ist.

Es sollte nicht in den engen Straßen und auf dem Parkplatz an der Markthalle geparkt werden, da alles eng zugeparkt ist, sondern eher am Straßenrand entlang der Linie 4. Das bedeutet zwar einen etwas längeren Fußweg von 5 Minuten bis zur Unterkunft, jedoch erhöht es die Chance, ohne Schäden am Auto auszukommen, da die Valencianer die Karosserie der Autos für Allgemeingut halten und keine Verantwortung für Schäden übernehmen.

El apartamento es grande y cómodo. Tiene lavadora y un patio interior para tender.

Es dificilísimo estacionar, Todo el día hay autos dando vueltas, buscando aparcamento. A veces hay que dejarlo muy lejos, pero en todo caso el sector no es peligroso.
